Because he is a full time realtor, he stays current on market trends and information. Cody also respects boundaries and decisions you make. Never did I feel pressured into a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. He was very good at listening to what we wanted in a house, finding us things to look at in our price range, and setting up walk throughs of houses we sent to him. During the process of inspections and negotiating offers there was always open communication and we were always in the loop with what was going on. During the negotiating process he knew how to get us the best deal and save us the most money.
