Experiencia negativa: Aki is literally a scam artist. I bought a house from him and have had numerous costly issues. Faulty ductwork and covered return vents (which will be over $20k to fix), a completely broken refrigerator, broken hot water heater, floorboards coming up, kitchen cabinets that don't open, etc. DO NOT WORK WITH HIM. I have multiple friends that have had the same issues with him

Experiencia negativa: I purchased a home from aki derzon. He lied to me about a few major things and I had to pay for all the repairs that he was responsible for on his due diligence, on paper. It cost me thousands upon thousands for things he said he already took care of. Totally atrocious. Also, the quality of work that his unlicensed contractors did is horrible. If you buy from this company, make sure you have a good attorney retained.

Experiencia fantástica: We lived in a rental property Innova rented to us. we originally planned for 1 year without knowing if we would have to move or go somewhere else for work. we ended up living there for 3 years and loved living in the home. if there was an issue (rarely was) it was handled in a timely matter. they always got back with us and took care of us. they were always friendly and very helpful! 10/10 definitely would recommend renting from Hector or Innova Realty!

Experiencia negativa: Hector Delgado has made our buying experience extremely difficult. His representation of the seller and collaboration with our agent has been unprofessional and frustrating. He would not communicate with my agent and would push back on our move in date and time. His service is so poor that I gave him a call to try to accommodate us. He gave us a later move in time and would not allow us to talk about it like adults and he hung up on me.
