Kate was assigned as my buying agent and she setup a very organized process and plan for finding a house. Part of the system is an App which Kate customized to filter homes which only met my requirements. The App was vital to my search as it listed new properties immediately. For the purchase, they helped us look around, figure out what questions to ask since we had never bought a condo before and didn't know where to begin with bylaws, financial statements, etc. They made sure we went into the process with all the information we needed to make a good decision. The purchase went smoothly. Selling the family home was a much bigger project. Teresa came through and told us what she suggested to make it show the best. At first, the suggestions seemed excessive and hard, but we did everything that we could that was on her list and it made a HUGE difference! Since we had a pretty long timeline before we needed to move, we were able to be more exploratory and leisurely about the process. We encountered several obstacles (all our of her control) and she overcame them all, reassured us many many times, and made sure everything went as smooth as possible. It took us almost 2 years to find our dream home, Teresa was very patient with us and was in it for the long haul. When we toured houses she always made sure to mention the things we didn’t want instead of trying to sell us on the first house we looked at. The market was crazy when we bought our home, houses were selling the first day they were listed, when we found the house we wanted she jumped on it to get us a showing the same day, and get our offer in the same night! Our first offer was rejected, but she worked really quickly and close with the other realtor to get another offer in for us, and our 2nd offer was accepted over 2 other offers they had received! We immediately listed our house for sale, since we couldn’t do a contingent offer. Teresa had already arranged for pics to be taken of our house, so it was ready to list the next day! Our house had an open house of showings for one day, we received 10 offers in 1 day. We accepted an offer on our house the day after it was listed, for well above asking price. The rest of the process went smoothly and quickly, the timing of closings worked out perfectly. Also, I have to mention all of this happened right in the thick of the coronavirus pandemic!! With all that being said, I highly recommend Teresa, you won’t be disappointed!!

Of all the realtors we met that day, Teresa was the only one that took the time to educate us on the ins and outs of the home buying process. She very quickly gave us the sense that she was invested in helping us along this journey and that she was the realtor for us. It took a little time for us and for her to really pinpoint what it was we were looking for in a home, but Teresa was very patient with us and showed no hesitation in showing us a home, even if we all knew it was a long shot. She also is very enthusiastic, positive, and professional, and you can tell she loves finding people homes they love! She certainly helped me find my sweet dream home! As a first time homebuyer, Teresa was a blessing to me, and she made an initially intimidating process much less overwhelming. I felt totally confident about the process for searching for a home, and I really appreciated how thoroughly Teresa checked all aspects of a house, including attic spaces, basements, and outdoor space. I was looking for something very particular and Teresa made the process so much easier. I have been through several agents that I just wasn’t happy with because they either couldn’t grasp what I was looking for or I felt like an afterthought to them. With Teresa I always new that she was working for ME and her communication was excellent. She completely understood what I was looking for, and while some agents can wear you out with a deluge of emails filled with irrelevant properties, she only sent me properties that I may actually want to see.
