Experiencia negativa: Beware if you a buyer from the Price Group. Just closed on a property. One bedroom did not have a closet and electrical 12 feet on center by code. This is the code for a bedroom in the city of Louisville. This should have not been listed as a 3 bedroom but a 2 bedroom. Also, seller was to replace the garage door per agreement. Cunningham door changed out the door and the sellers closer(motor) would not work with the garage door installed. Cunningham gave a quote of $665 to make the garage door functional. I closed on the property and moved in and find out the seller or sellers agent told Cunningham door do not install the closer. Thus, a new physical garage door but the motor does not work. I bought as is with the condition the seller was going to install a new door. I have bought 10 properties, and this has been the worse seller's agent that I have dealt with. The agent and seller could have made it right but said no, but arbitration might cost me $500 to start the process. This has been a real shady real estate transaction. BUYER BEWARE OF THE PRICE GROUP. Even as a seller if the claim is bigger you might have to go to arbitration. BEWARE...
