Experiencia negativa: SELLERS BEWARE!!! Maria(buyers agent) allows her buyers to access property through lock box prior to funding and completion of sale. Buyers have been seen(property survalence cameras) accessing the property without Maria present many times. Per the property contract the buyers were to receive property keys at funding and completion of sale. The buyers were given the property keys by Maria almost a week before funding/completion of sale. Keys were never delivered to the title company as per contract. The buyers began their demolition/construction prior to funding and completion of sale. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR AGENT ****** You were seen on camera only one time(1st showing) with buyers over the last 4.5 months and they entered multiple times without you. You did NOT deliver keys to title.

We called Maria, told her this, and she still took us around ON A SATURDAY to look at upcoming neighborhoods and to check out some builder designs. We saw some beautiful homes and got a really good feel for the area. A whole year later, our transfer was set. We reached out again (from 5 states away) to see if she could help.
