JD Walters Real Estate LLC

Experiencia fantástica: By far the most involved agent I have worked with. From beginning to end she was checking on things making sure everything was going as it should. Would recommend her to anyone knowing she will provide world class service second to none.

Experiencia fantástica: Brooke has been the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Deidre was friendly, professional, attention to detail, patience, knowledgeable and went above and behind on finding us a new home .

Experiencia negativa: Realtor NICOLE JUAREZ represented the buyer of our house. On day of closing she handed the keys to her client, before we signed our documents, without permission & without an amendment to release her buyer of liability. We drove by our house prior to signing final documents, and there they are, open door & moving in. Thank goodness nothing tragic happened however this was completely against legal documents. We could have had them arrested for trespassing & filed legal action against Nicole & JD Walters Real Estate.

Experiencia fantástica: I typically do not write reviews but this company was exceptional. From the first conversation through closing on our home, they put my needs first and never failed to answer all my questions, being someone with OCD, over thinking everything, they treated me nothing short than family. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a home.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and i contact JD Walters Real Estate for a new home. They showed us a number of home until we found the right one. The staff was easy to work with and very friendly. JD and his team made buying home easy and stress free. Thank you JD Walters Estate.

Experiencia fantástica: JD Walters Real Estate made selling my house easy. Logan found a buyer very quickly, and he and Jessie answered all my questions, even the ones I asked twice. My house was listed with another company and didn't sell. Logan sold my house within 30 days of listing. Great experience and I would use this company again.

Experiencia fantástica: This guy sold my house before it was on the market! It was a house that should have sat on the market for a while. How? He networks and that pays off. His team is very professional and treats you like family. Great experience

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely wonderful to work with!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have bought and sold my home with JD Walters. His honesty was what sold me 6 years ago when we bought a home and again now when we sold it. What makes him and his team stand out is they get to know you as a person and what it is you want! They go to bat for you and advocate for you based on what your need is! I definitely felt like I could relax during this process as behind the scenes he had my back in the selling of our home. I have recommended him to my daughter who is also having an amazing experience as she is in the process of selling her home!

She has played a vital role in helping us with buying one home and selling two homes in record timing. We highly recommend her to anyone who values great communication, determination, and attention to detail when buying and selling a home.

Coby never pressured us and was super helpful! I would recommend him to anyone that is ready for the home buying adventure!

Experiencia fantástica: JD Walters company truly helped our family sell and buy a perfect home for our family. Our Realtor was Coby Sodek he took his time learning our families needs and wants we are big family which seemed to be no problem. Our house was only on the market for about a day and things went smoothly. This company never left my side as we searched for the perfect home. COBY really limited my searches to what we really wanted and truly treated our time like it was very valuable. Coby did care about my family and really made sure everything was in place for our new home. I was thankful for such a great company.

Experiencia fantástica: Huge huge thank you to Logan. Reading the reviews and seeing Logan's name pop up so many times. My husband and I weren't wrong for wanting him and only him. He is the agent you want when looking for a new home to buy. He had answers to every question we had and if he didn't, He'd find them. I'm so happy we went with this company to begin with but even happier we got Logan to help us with what we thought was going to be a rocky road he made sure to smooth it all out for us. But he's not the only one, Cherie always out is as ease. She is amazing and I wish there were a better word for her. She is always busy but how quick she is there to respond to you and help you you get that feeling that she's only there for you. We worked with Coby and Jessie both and they were professional, easy to work with, and very concerned with making us happy. I felt that they both really listened to us and put in a lot of effort to get our house sold. We will not forget the hard work and generosity and will recommend this team to anyone who will listen. Thank you all.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Coby for helping us in such a pivotal part of our life! Coby was a huge help in showing us what we knew was our dream home from the moment we walked in the door. He helped us not only in the buying process of our new home but in the selling process of our previous home, which was on the market for 1 day! He guided us through and helped reassure us along the way as both processes were mostly new to us and we loved how much he explained everything to us and kept our best interest in mind. free moving in, Coby even checked in to see how moving and settling in was going! His care for us really shined and we truly appreciate everything Coby has done for us!

Experiencia fantástica: We had Aaron Papson as our realtor when looking for a house. He made everything easy and responded to calls and texts quickly. The rest of everyone that was part of our buying process that either work with JD Walters real estate or at there were wonderful too.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to 2 Real Estate Companies to get my home sold. Jessie called and sent a text so I setup a meeting. He listed my home on a Tuesday and had a car offer on Friday. I considered taking the offer but Jessie wanted to get me more. I waited for 5 additional showings. Another offer came in over the weekend for 12k higher than the cash offer. I wanted to write this review to thank Jessie for caring about my net instead of just getting a quick sale. I will recommend him to everyone in the future… Tran Smith

Experiencia fantástica: Jessie at JD Walters Is a terrific realtor. He is so on top of the area market, gives great customer service, and it was a pleasure working with him. I definitely recommend him!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: After searching several websites for several weeks looking for homes or land on which to build, someone from JD Walters Real Estate contacted us- this was the beginning of a wonderful relationship!! We were not from the area, so we didn't have a realtor, but I had tried to contact a couple and was impressed. One acted like they could care less about building a house for us and the other just didn't respond AT ALL, so the fact that JD Walters reached out to US was a refreshing surprise!! Plus their website would immediately alert us to any new listings that fell within our search parameters, this was a very nice service. After the initial contact, any time we had a question we could text or email it and Jesse would respond that same day, usually within minutes. We feel so comfortable with him that not only did he help us secure property, but he is going to list our existing home in Round Rock, and is willing to walk us through every step of the building process!! I would definitely recommend Jesse and his team to my friends and family!
