Well, in Jan/Feb 2020 while visiting our son here in Florida, we passed an open house sign and decided to take a look for our son and his expecting wife as they were considering a move prior to the arrival of our grandson. This was late in the afternoon and the open house was actually over however, the realtor was kind enough to let us take a look and then chat with us about the area and homes for sale. She was so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. She did not rush us and answered all the questions we had (I ask lots of questions). She gave us her card as we said goodbye. That realtor was Pamela Hoffman. Fast forward a year later to Jan/Feb 2021. We had made the decision to relocate to Florida.
