The house photos were fabulous and we had multiple offers. The ultimate buyers got sticker shock when they saw the closing costs and almost backed out, but Ed was able to step in and keep the sale and make the closing. Ed showed up prepared with comparable home sales in the area and a suggested a sales price and strategy. In order to get the sale price i wanted, painting, flooring, cleaning and some renovating was necessary. Ed provided contact info of contractors and suppliers when needed and followed up as to the progress. When the property went on the market it sold quickly for full asking price. Ed did not hesitate to show us all houses in all price ranges he was VERY helpful as far as "no this is not what you are looking for" or "yes I think it might be a good fit" what I liked best about Ed was he did not look at the price of the house he looked at what we wanted, he also negotiated that way also. He could have just went with what the price of the home was, no he negotiated for what was best for us his commission was not a factor, that was awesome. If anyone is looking for a realtor to sell or to purchase a home he is your person you want on your side.
