We were first time home buyers with a million questions that he never failed to answer! He helped us with a new build and was the constant middle man between us and our builder. Even 3 months after closing, we are still having issues with the builder not fixing things. Jeremiah could easily walk away as his part of the transaction is done, but he is still offering support and guidance on how to handle the situation. We love the personalized calendars we get in the mail too!! We plan on being in our house for a long time, but when the time does come to sell and buy again, we will call Jeremiah! Experiencia fantástica: We've worked with Jeremiah (JB as we call him) on every home we have ever purchased. He helped my wife and I through the process of buying our first home in Minnetonka when we were younger and didn't know anything about real estate. He helped us sell that home 3 years later when we moved over-seas. Both transactions went smooth and he was always very honest in setting reasonable expectations on purchase and sale prices. I thought we should always shoot for the moon, but he was pretty good about dialing me back. When we moved back from over-seas, JB was very patient in working with us over a 9-10 month period finding exactly what we wanted in a second home. I was not in US for a lot of the search, but my pregnant wife and 5 year old daughter were always very comfortable with him on their own. Toward the end of the search, my wife was a wee-bit emotional from the pregnancy (understandable) and he was great about being gentle with his words when a viewing or inspection didn't go quite as planned and it was time to move onto the next. Anyways, he helped us find a home and get my wife through closing as I had not returned. We closed the deal on our anniversary and JB helped me get some flowers and champagne (to be consumed at a later point.....she was pregnant, folks) to the house so it was their when she walked in for the first time as the owner. Great Service! Full Disclosure: After the number of deals with this guy, we stay in contact and still grab a beer together here and there, so this review is completely biased. JB is a great guy and knows his real estate. He will be the first call when we make our next purchase. Im pretty sure i still owe him money for the champagne but he is too kind to say anything........
