Cynthia Kayser, RE/MAX Results Inc.

Experiencia fantástica: Very knowledgeable. Great communicator. Went above and beyond for me! Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Selling a home can be stressful, but working with Cynthia Kayser made the entire process smooth, successful, and even life-changing. From our very first meeting, she brought professionalism, deep market knowledge, and a sense of calm confidence that immediately put me at ease. She priced the home perfectly, marketed it brilliantly, and negotiated the sale like a pro — getting me a fantastic offer in record time. If you're looking for someone who will advocate for you, guide you through every step, and maybe even change your life — look no further. I couldn’t recommend Cynthia Kayser more.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked on a dozen real estate deals with Cindy over the years & she’s always awesome & fun to work with!! Thanks Cindy! JimmyO

Experiencia fantástica: Cindy helped us sell our home of 20+ years and purchase our dream lake home. She was very responsive during the entire process and answered our many questions. She was FANTASTIC!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely enjoyed having Cindy as my Realtor. She’s professional and knows her business. She informed me on each step and kept me on task for selling my house. From our initial meeting to closing, it was less than eight weeks! She sold my house quickly and was motivated. I experienced back to back showings and had multiple offers within the first weekend. Cindy was so understanding with me; I had long work hours-few days off-kids-pets and 20 plus years to sort, pack and move, and we still managed to close on time. I highly recommend Cindy!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I bought our first home with Cynthia. We were very new to the process and looking at homes in general. Cynthia was honest and patient with all of our questions throughout the showing and closing process. Always easy to reach and very responsive, I'd recommend reaching out to her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Experiencia fantástica: Despite a multitude of challenges, Cynthia came through for my family on a lake/farm land deal that stumped another local realtor. She pursued a number of advertising strategies at her own expense and was always a consummate professional. I appreciated her clarity and tenacity while working together on this project for 14 months. This sale was one of the hardest things I've ever done and I couldn't have done it without Cynthia.

Experiencia fantástica: She was very easy to work with and did a great job selling our property. Tim Kampmeier Chokio, Mn

Experiencia fantástica: Was amazing and helps every way she can to get you what you need. 10/10, would recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Cynthia went over and beyond as she assisted me in purchasing a new townhome in Becker, MN. From the start, she asked me what I was looking for, and she was so spot on, that I fell in love with the first place she showed me, even though we looked at a dozen more. Since I was living near Milwaukee, she often checked on the progress of my new construction and helped take care of any trouble shooting that needed to be done. We stayed in touch daily as I was trying to sell my home, and kept the builder informed about closing dates and any of my concerns. She also helped me obtain a moving company and was with me the day I moved in to walk through and note jobs that still needed to be completed. We are still in contact daily, as we continue to troubleshoot concerns. I can't say enough good things about Cynthia. I'd highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Cindy for a long time looking for houses. When the time came to finally purchase, she set up requested showings very efficiently. She was extremely helpful during the inspection process all the way through the closing, and has continued to offer assistance as I get settled.

Experiencia fantástica: Cynthia is a professional with a personality. I was so nervous to sell my home and she helped us through process. She took calls any time of the day and even on Sundays. I can't believe she put up with my husband. My house sold in one week on the market and we had multiple offers. The process was not without its bumps but we couldn't imagine another person that we would want working with us. We appreciate you more than you could ever know. The Lovetts

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and helpful, hard working and caring Agent! Very much pleased with…

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience working with Cynthia. VERY experienced & knowledgeable, sold in two days above asking!!

Experiencia fantástica: What can I say. I was told my property would only go for X amount. My gut feeling told me differently. I reached out to a professional named Cynthia. I am so happy I did. She completely smashed and exceeded what I was told I would get for my property. And not only that, I received nothing but red carpet service, always answered calls, texts etc without a delay. She is super professional and more importantly, super personable. She knew the job, she took it and didn’t look back. I could go on forever, but bottom line, if you are even questioning a Realtor, or not sure who to work with, as fussy as I am, I wouldn’t hesitate with Cynthia. 5 star class act all the way. Thank you so much for working with me!!

Experiencia fantástica: Cindy was awesome to work with at selling our home. Cindy was available for us when we needed questions answered and she's very knowledgeable at her job as a realtor. Cindy also has a great support team to assist with the sale of a home.

Experiencia fantástica: Cindy was very responsive to calls or texts. Very professional. If I had a question that she wasn’t sure about she got the answer very quickly. I really appreciated her knowledge and responsiveness. Thank you so much for your help Cindy!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome to work with and very responsive as well as professional! Cynthia had our townhome sold the same day she listed it for us.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do I even start? This was my first home buying experience and Cynthia made it simple. She was always on top of it all, able to explain things in simple terms, and kept me sane during the whole process (with the building delays). From the beginning of the build to the finish she was always on my side and responded to any questions or doubts I had (almost scary how fast she responds or answers a call). I've heard horror stories about some realtors out there, she IS NOT one of them. You cannot go wrong if Cynthia is on your side! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and all the way to the top for being there every step of the way.

Experiencia fantástica: Cynthia did a fantastic job with us in selling our home, we had multiple offers and she walked us through each one several different times to make sure we were going with the best one to fit our needs. During the sale we were in process to purchase a home that we did not use her as a realtor due to us buying from friends and she helped us along the way anyway with all the questions we had and how to proceed with the purchase. I would highly recommend Cynthia to anyone else she goes above and beyond!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We thought Cynthia did amazing! We were so happy on how fast she got the ball rolling on the selling of our house!!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a realtor, you need Cindy. She is simply amazing! Selling our home was so easy with her professional (and amazing) pictures, her guidance and support. I think she has tricks most realtors don’t use... we had so many scheduled showings before our house even hit the market. She also poured everything she has into finding us a home and made us feel like we were her most important clients (even when she was maxed out in this crazy market). Some times I felt like she was our therapist with all the calls and questions. We never felt neglected and never pushed - it’s like she knew what we needed even when we didn’t know ourselves. If you are looking for a realtor that really knows what they are doing, and pours everything into YOU buying or selling, she is your person!

Experiencia fantástica: Cynthia was very helpful throughout the process of selling our land. She was very timely when sharing information with us and she was always quick to answer our questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Cynthia was amazing to work with! She gave us guidance and recommendations on making our townhome ready for sell ,And I truly believe the suggestions she gave us improved the home for a quick sell, and it did. Once our townhome was sold she was very helpful in finding our future home. We were notified immediately when new homes were on the market and within what we were looking for and our needs. I would 100% recommend her for all your needs in buying a new home or selling your current home. Thank your so much Cynthia

Experiencia fantástica: Cindy is by far the best to work with and is one of the hardest, most dedicated and professional realtors we have ever met! She knew exactly what we wanted and made sure we didn't settle with just something. She was extremely patient and very helpful and very understanding through the whole process! She was there at any time of day to help me! And since this was my first house I had a lot of questions and she made everything very easy for me to understand. I would definitely recommend her!!

Experiencia fantástica: This lady should wear a cape! My husband and I were on a strict deadline to sell our home before moving out of state. The thought of two mortgages made us ill as would most people. Well... she sold our house in 48 hours closed in less then 15 days and now we are living stress free in our new state without worrying about our home being sold. Cynthia is really a GO GETTER! She listed our house in less then 8 hours, had photos, drone images and a small video blasted to all the social networks and still made time to answer ALL of our questions even at 11:00 pm or 5:00 am If you are looking for a realtor that really “jumps” into selling your house she is the person to get it done! Thanks Cynthia for all of your hard work!

Experiencia fantástica: Cynthia is amazing! She found me a house that hadn’t been listed for years. She knew it was the perfect place I was looking for. She had prompt and efficient follow through, she did everything she said she would. She would hang up the phone with me, made the calls and get back to me right away. She moves fast and is aggressive in getting things done. She works so hard and thinks outside the box. What a gem! If you’re looking for someone to work hard, Cynthia is the right person for you!
