She was pretty knowledgeable of the actual structure of a home as well as fine details and simple things you may not think to look for which I also appreciated. We spent over an hour at the home going over things and weighing our options and thoughts together. We decided to make a bid! Let me tell you our scenario of this purchase was No walk in the park ( there wasn’t any issues on Sonya’s end) She dealt with the different issues that came up with great patience and with honesty and a smile! I felt like whatever weird scenario that could happen did! Again none of it was on her end. She was obtainable to us at many different hours of the day and we appreciated that greatly (I’m sure she had many other things to attend to) yet she was always there to answer any questions or concerns! She also will fight for you and is a great negotiator! We finally closed and we are happy to be homeowners! If your looking for a humble, honest, hard working Realtor Sonya is YOUR PERSON! Living in Virginia my wife and I didn’t have any relationships with real estate agents in the Western New York area. Sonya Jindra was recommended to us through a family member. After my wife and I spoke with several real estate agents, we knew Sonya would be the perfect person for the job. We were interested in a property in West Seneca, NY. We asked Sonya to look at the property and determine if it was worth our time, since we had to drive from Virginia to New York. Sonya stated the house has good bones and it’s worth a look. My wife drove up the next day and was so impressed that we bid $30,000.00 above the asking price and we felt we didn’t need an inspection. A few days later we were informed that the sellers chose a different buyer with better terms. I found another home in the MLS and asked Sonya to show it to my wife. Sonya advised me to contact her lender to get pre-approval for the new property. At Sonya’s direction, we ultimately put a bid in on the house and was fortunate that the seller liked the terms of our offer. Sonya negotiated the contract that served our needs. The process from contract to closing was approximately 6 weeks. During that time Sonya was able to guide us through the ridicules process with buying a property in New York State.
