It’s absolutely absurd and unheard of that metroRoberts could not prove or provide any of the information requested.

Experiencia fantástica: After about twenty minutes or so of trolling social media for a top notch, nacho average, realtor (via recommendations)…there was one name that kept popping up, and her reviews were stellar…SONYA JINDRA…….So I called Ms. Sonya ‘nacho average realtor’ Jindra, and after about an hr of explaining my situation, having to sell my current home AND buy a new home (x2), I KNEW that she was going to keep me safe under her wing throughout the whole daunting process….. And that is exactly what she did. Several unpredictable challenges on both the sale and the purchase, but every time I started to ‘freak out’ a little ( a lot), she came swooping in like the big sister I never had, with a solution and/or to offer a helping hand…..weather it be watching the kids so I could have the house photographed, or driving behind me, while I semi timidly drove a giant moving truck, so I had a way to get back……or, my favorite, showing up to help me dig through bags of trash because I lost my car keys 30 minutes before I needed to leave my house for the last time (because it was legally no longer my house), minutes before the new owners were expected to arrive (never mind when she arrived, she found me in a puddle of tears (and garbage) sitting in the driveway )…anyway, luckily after she pulled me back up by my bootstraps, I found the keys in the office on the window sill….not in the garbage I had just pawed through, and luckily Sonya didn’t have to But you guys…the sale was done….she didn’t have to show up for me like that but she did, and THAT’S what kind of PERSON she is (not just realtor). She genuinely cares about her clients, on both a personal and professional level, and will help in any way she can to get you to the best possible position you can be in once the sale is done (and beyond, since I was lucky enough to have gained her as a friend through this process). Sonya is a rare gem, and deserves every kind word written in the MANY above and beyond reviews I enjoyed reading through before finally picking up the phone to call her, and it was THEE best decision. We were working working with an other realtor at the time...and the process was not going well. What my daughter was able to afford...and what we were able to look at....we were ready to give up the dream of my daughter and her little boy to ever own their own home. One nite her name was given to me and was told...if anyone can find a home for your daughter....Sonya can!! We met the very next day and looked at a home. Him and my wife spoke many times regarding buying a home and had a scheduled appointment, showed up several times and this last time only to find out he sold it with no call to our realtor or us. The disrespect is unreal! I will make sure I tell everyone about him. Shame on you.

WE HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TO SEE A HOUSE AND WITH NO NOTICE, COURTESY, PHONE CALL, AFTER WE SHOWED UP FOR OUR APPT. WE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL STATING HE WAS SIGNING PAPERWORK AND SOLD THE HOME. NO NOTICE, NO CHANCE TO OFFER, NOTHING, AFTER WE HAVE BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES, TAKING MEASUREMENTS, ETC. POOR AGENT, SICK. ALSO TRIED TO STEAL US FROM OUR OWN AGENT SO HE CAN PROFIT OFF BOTH SALES. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AND I WILL BE SURE TO LET EVERYONE IN THE INDUSTRY KNOW ABOUT THIS SNAKE. BUYER DONT DEAL WITH HIM. BEWARE!!!!
