Because the home was lower priced than most homes in Benton county, my fear was that it would be a lower priority for the realtor. Bryson proved me wrong. He was punctual and responsive 7 days / week, had a very well designed listing posted quickly, had 2 open houses and coordinated professionally with all parties involved.
