At no point did I ever feel pressured to pursue any course of action during the sale, instead he would give me all available options and let me decide what was the course of action I'd like to pursue. After meeting with him in person and talking online many times throughout the process we developed a strong connection with him as our eyes and ears locally, as we were living in Florida. That relationship allowed us the comfort to pull the trigger on a home purchase sight unseen from afar; something we would not have been comfortable doing with a casual agent relationship. Ultimately when the home we wanted popped up Andy helped us negotiate through the deal in a very competitive market, and we landed it without having to over pay.
