When I first contacted her to sell our property in East Nashville, she answered her phone on the first ring. From there we had many meetings and she provided us with extensive data supporting the sale price that she was recommending. She worked up a robust sales and marketing plan that was specific to the area but was never pushy and let us know that we were in control of the process. She was very professional in all of our interactions and in her interactions with potential buyers, their realtors, the titling company, vendors that we interfaced with and the 1031 exchange professionals that we were working with. She respects how serious these deals are are how they represent years worth of work on the part of her clients. She has a bevy of people that will put your project to the head of the list including, home inspectors, termite companies, home stagers, handyman repair people, roofers, tree trimmers, floor repair professionals, cleaners and etc. This team spiffed up our rental property to make it a top notch desirable space in 10 days and one week later we had an offer and 20 days later we closed. Michele responded right away to every email, phone call and text and followed up with everyone so that nothing fell through the cracks. We live out of town and needed a person exactly like Michele so that we could have peace of mind that everything was being handled. She is the absolute best, most professional, most personable, hardest worker and results oriented person that I have ever met. You would never know that she is as busy as she is and she made us feel like we were her only client.
