Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to take the time to personally thank Exit realty on having one of the BEST realtors and how lucky they are to have realtor Wesley Lane as part of their team! We started our home search last October with another realtor and company. I can honestly say from the start with her was nothing short of a nightmare. She was the agent for us as well as the seller. Long story short we woke up and got out of that nightmare. So pushing forward we were leery of starting our search again and finding a new realtor. We found a home we wanted to look at and the realtor was Wes. From the first meeting and conversation with him we knew he was who we wanted to work with. He was professional and friendly. Cared about his clients and went above and beyond for us. We could call him anytime and he’d answer. We finally found one we wanted and were excited because we were already approved for this type of loan. Then we got some news that the home didn’t qualify. He told us he’d do whatever he could on his end and for us not to worry. Within 3 weeks we can now say we have officially closed on this home! Experiencia negativa: I can’t believe this is happening! I bought a home in Springfield, TN. We went thru Exit Reality in Hendersonville. We asked our realtor MGA for a recommendation on the strictest home inspector that she knew. She gave us a name…we found out later that dude was the husband of Amy one of the agents. Had I known what was going to happen I would have hired my own inspector. We trusted our agent…The inspector failed to tell us that the main bathroom shower does not even turn on at all… there is also and unknown very distinct hump in the floor of the master bedroom on my husband’s side of the bed….these things were not mentioned in the inspection and the sellers did not disclose these, known to them, defects!!

Our journey started over 2 years ago and she has been there all the way, showing us numerous houses and condos and she never gave up on us. During the purchase of this house, she was there for us. When we went to sign the papers to close, she was there to help answering any all the questions that arose. After the closing she went to the house to ensure that the seller had completely removed all of the items from the house and turned over the keys. This process lasted until after 8:00 p.m. Which means that she was with us for over 12 hours, without a meal. I have already recommended Hope to friends and family in case they know of anyone who may need help looking for a home. We now consider Hope part of our family. He was so irate that he was losing trivia that he had to be asked to leave (several times) by staff. Intimidating women intentionally is never ok.

Experiencia negativa: Janie Andrews was the worst broker we have ever dealt with. She was to "broker" a home purchase between a friend and ourselves. We made the mistake of trusting her to simply broker the deal. Instead she behaved as the seller's agent throughout the process. It was stressful and miserable. While there are great agents in this office, Janie Andrews is not someone we would use or recommend. All along she was only concerned with the stress level of the seller's wife which is completely unprofessional. Would never do this again.
