My husband and I had been looking for a place on the lake for 5 years and would have probably given up if it weren’t for Barbara. She kept her “eyes and ears open” as she likes to say, for years and was always available and willing to help us even though we hadn’t found what we were looking for. She kept telling us when the right one comes, we’ll know. And when it did this year - she was amazing. She thought of everything and was always one step ahead of us. She knew answers to questions we didn’t think to ask and even after closing, she helped us with small but important things like good people to contact if you need a plumber or you have an HVAC issue. Experiencia positiva: We rented for three years and 4 months. The apartment was fairly priced and nice. Rent was raised by $15-25 yearly. Maintenance people were friendly and usually timely. I’m giving three stars because of the move out experience. The lady in charge of the rentals is unapproachable. They tell you to fill holes and spot paint by taking paint chips to get a paint match. Anyone can tell you that getting paint matched doesn’t get a good enough match to spot paint (confirmed by all of the paint people at Home Depot). We spot painted as we were told to, and they then charged us $650 to have the entire apartment repainted. If they don’t plan to give the deposit back, tell me upfront that it is non refundable.

Experiencia negativa: I was directed to carol jones by quicken loans and was assigned Sarah Shrunk as my realtor, she refused to show my house to my eventual buyers because her kids had "band practice" for three days straight My 16 year old son ended up showing the house to my buyers not just once but twice! Her broker called me explaining to me that that is normal for realtors to not show a house and to waste my time and money ...what a joke STAY AWAY!
