Experiencia negativa: Rude and unprofessional. After the deal was agreed, agent claimed she could lose her license if it went forward. Sold the house out from under us. ---Edit to add since you can't reply It may have been a better offer with different terms, but likely not the best offer for the sellers as we were prepared to improve our offer if only the agent did their job and asked for a counter. I see no debate about your agent potentially losing her license, but I suppose that's not any of your concern. And the condescending tone in the reply ("Awww") shows the level of maturity this business maintains. Stay away, there are much better options out there.

I accredit the results to a couple of things that our previous agent didn't do: 1) Melissa was straightforward with us and had great knowledge of the local market. 2) She had a professional photographer take the pics for our house. Wasn't a DIY job with her own camera, but an actual pro. It was a huge difference in quality compared to our previous listing. Our only regret was not hiring her earlier and wasting a year.
