He helped me navigate through the financial process of submitting my proofs of ability to pay for the condo itself, the membership fee, closing costs, etc. I am absolutely grateful for all of my questions being answered especially for his recommendations for a painter Omar Torres, the flooring tech Javier Esparza, Budget Blinds Lenny, Electrician, and Handyman. The HOA in Mutual 9 gave me a booklet of approved workmen but since I moved from Pennsylvania, I had no idea of who to choose. He also recommended Elite Inspection for me to have an independent home inspection who did a thorough check of the entire condo including roof and carport. I frequently texted Nick throughout the process with questions and he always answered any of my concerns quickly. I'm prone to anxiety and this is only the second residence I have purchased in my life. Nick is very calming, efficient and kind with a fabulous personality. I cannot thank him and recommend him enough for helping me buy my condo in Leisure World. Experiencia fantástica: I started working with Nick Monteer since 10/3/23 when I was looking for a house in Leisure World in Seal Beach after two of my other Realtors fails to help me. Nick did show me a few nice houses in Leisure World and we ended up signing a contract with the last house that we were qualified and fit our budget. We noticed Nick was a good realtor with a lots experiences and motivations, so we asked him to sell my house at the same time to meet the close of Escrow on my new house. We have been going through some difficulties in dealing with speed bumps, lowball investors even on one day before the end of their escrow. We almost gave up, but Nick kept give us advices and motivations, Finally, we got the house we liked at the end, with all hard works through the process from both of us. I have never saw a Realtor that woke up at 5-6am and started texting me until 9pm, and kept me posts with an update, almost every day. He was so helpful in assisting my parents navigate the involved buying and selling process and addressed their many questions even if they kept asking the same ones because of lack of understanding or forgetfulness . My parents worked with another agent, and though well-meaning, didn't know about the different Leisure World qualifications that vary by mutuals. As a result, they wasted some time looking at units they weren't qualified for and lost hope in moving into this wonderful retirement community altogether. Luckily I found Gasper Monteer and Nick promptly responded to my inquiry. He is so knowledgeable - an expert in the ins-and-outs of Leisure World. He explained everything clearly and calmly to my parents and didn't make them feel rushed or pressured. He showed them several units that matched their preferences and budget, and helped them fill out the paperwork and other necessary steps. When the original buyer for my parents’ previous home fell through, we asked Nick to handle the selling side as well. Even though that home was about an hour away from Seal Beach, Nick made the drive out multiple times, leveraged his marketing skills and network to attract more interest and offers, and eventually worked his magic and got it back in escrow in a short time. Nick made himself available after hours and on weekends when an issue warranted his attention and that was greatly appreciated. Me being 3,000 miles away and unable to travel at the time combined with the mishandling by others of my mothers final affairs added extra work for Nick but he handled it all professionally and with great patience. He stands out in a field where most are merely more interested in their commission than good service. He comes highly recommended.

Leisure World has many nuances for selling the units and picking a realtor with that knowledge is the best way to sell. They also use an escrow company that knows everything needed to sell your unit. Gasper Monteer has an office right out of the entry gate which came in handy a few times. His partner Carol new everything going on with the sale which also helped to make the process go smooth.
