Experiencia fantástica: My brother and I worked with Doug Kamerer to sell our mom’s condo in Pickerington. We had considered a quick cash buyer because we wanted an easy sale, but Doug made listing with a Realtor just as simple. He handled the photography and listing, let us know what we did and didn’t need to do, and even helped make it possible to leave many of the remaining items behind. The condo sold quickly and above asking price. I’d highly recommend Doug to anyone selling a home or condo in Pickerington.

Experiencia fantástica: We hired Doug Kamerer to sell our mom’s condo in Pickerington. We originally thought about selling to a cash home buyer to avoid the hassle, but Doug made the entire process incredibly easy. The listing and photos looked great. We didn’t have to completely empty the condo, and it sold quickly for above asking price. Doug worked with both my brother and me and kept everything simple from start to finish. Highly recommend Doug if you need a Realtor in Pickerington, Ohio.

Experiencia fantástica: Doug Kamerer and The Shaffer Team made what could have been a very stressful home sale feel simple. We were selling a family home with three owners on the deed, so we knew the process could become complicated. Doug guided all of us through every step, explained everything clearly, and kept everyone informed from start to finish. Our goal was to sell the home as-is, avoid making repairs, receive a strong cash offer, and close as quickly as possible. Doug delivered exactly that. He developed the right strategy, negotiated an excellent cash offer, and helped us complete a smooth, hassle-free closing. If you’re looking to sell a home in Columbus, Dublin, Pickerington, or anywhere in Central Ohio, we highly recommend Doug Kamerer. Whether you’re selling an inherited property, working through a situation with multiple owners, or simply want to sell your home as-is for top dollar, Doug’s knowledge, communication, and professionalism make all the difference. He made a difficult situation easy, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Experiencia fantástica: Selling my 90-year-old Uncle Mike's home was an emotional experience. He and his late wife were the original owners, and as he prepared to move into assisted living, we needed a Realtor we could completely trust. From our very first meeting, Doug Kamerer guided us through every step. He showed us exactly how to prepare the home for sale, what improvements were worth making, and what we could skip to save money. He also connected us with excellent local vendors, including an electrician, movers, and places to donate furniture and household items. Doug's listing strategy was outstanding. His pricing and marketing plan generated 7 offers in just two days, and the home sold well over asking price. His negotiation skills helped us choose the best buyer—someone who understood the home was being sold as-is—which made the entire process much less stressful. Doug's communication was next level. He was always responsive, kept us informed, answered every question, and truly cared about helping our family through this transition. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking Realtor to sell your home in Canal Winchester, Pickerington, or anywhere in Central Ohio, I highly recommend Doug Kamerer.
