He truly makes the experience as stress free as possible and goes out of his way to make sure you get what you need. My husband and I actually got denied for our first loan attempt and Ricky gave a suggestion for another lender to try who actually ended up being able to get the loan approved. It is apparent that Ricky genuinely loves his job and cares about the people he is helping. We wouldn't be where we are without Ricky and we are so grateful for him!
