Experiencia negativa: AC is out and it is 81° in apartment and have emailed 4x and my email was put “on hold” for it not being an emergency!! Horrible service and haven’t sent anyone out all day to fix it. Also if an emergency happens nobody is emailing back or answering the phone outside of business hours so nothing will be fixed timely.

To clarify the timeline, the work order was submitted late Saturday evening outside of our normal business hours. Because the emergency maintenance line was not contacted over the weekend, we were unable to immediately assist with the issue. Our team followed up by email Monday morning requesting troubleshooting information and additional details so we could assist as quickly as possible. We also attempted to contact you by phone because we had a technician nearby who may have been able to provide a temporary portable AC unit, but we were unable to coordinate access due to not having permission to enter and not being able to reach you before the technician had left the area.
The work order was placed on hold within our system while the issue was actively being worked on, which is part of our standard process when coordinating service and awaiting scheduling availability. Once we were able to connect and receive additional information, our HVAC vendor was approved to service the issue today.
We understand AC outages are frustrating, particularly during periods of high service demand, and we appreciate your patience while our team works through the increased volume of calls as quickly as possible.
Experiencia negativa: READ EDIT BELOW!!!!!!! Worried going into it as a prior renter with bad past experiences, but Keyanna and Alena really made it a seamless and easy process. Very quick concise responses to every question and issue that I had. Would recommend! EDIT: Prieb rented me a house where someone was brutally stabbed to death not even 60 days after the murder happened and did not disclose anything about it. While I understand Kansas may not legally require disclosure of this type of event, this is something that would have materially affected my decision to rent the property had I known beforehand. Living here since becoming aware of this has caused significant discomfort and distress, especially given how recent and severe the event was. I feel this should have been disclosed as a matter of good faith and fair dealing. When reaching out to discuss either (1) an agreed early termination of the lease without penalty, or (2) a reasonable rent concession in light of this newly discovered horror I was told by one of their leasing staff Laura that they will neither release me from the lease or provide any concessions. Laura claimed the event was “highly publicized” and everyone in her office just “assumed everyone knew”. Awful business without a shred of human decency. Stay FAR AWAY!!

Experiencia fantástica: Today I had Malachi who came and took care of the ceiling from a water leak that happened two weekends ago. I was not home and told him that he could come to complete his work. When I came home, everything was all cleaned. I would not have known that someone was in my house. But when I looked up at the ceiling, it was like brand new. Not only was the job done professionally, Malachi left it in a better cleaner state than when I left it this morning. Really appreciate the professionalsm and respect that Malachi showed. Thank you so much Malachi.

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT live at Prieb Properties. We were charged over $500 on move out for “hole/paint repair and cleaning”. The photos shown are what was provided. The Accounts associate, Laura, was entirely difficult to deal with and I would recommend working with any other leasing agent other than Tristian-Demi. We cleaned our townhome to an exceptional degree, moved out earlier, and waited for our deposit return. Their technicians would use our vacant townhome (which we were still responsible for) to use the bathroom. We ended up having to clean up their technicians messes in our bathroom TWICE. It was disgusting. They also do not take care of their properties to the point there is dead grass, dead bushes, and massive accumulations of dog poop everywhere. I feel bad for those with families and their kids can’t play in a clean, well-kept area. There are plenty other places to live other than Prieb. Make the smart decision and live elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I lived here for a year and I was so worried about getting my deposit back when I moved out from all of the previous reviews however they returned my full deposit amount. I never had an issue getting things fixed when requested. Maliki was an amazing tech who was super nice to work with. Most of the staff were friendly but there were a few from the leasing office that act like it’s an inconvenience to be bothered so I started going down to the apartment office and all of those girls who work there are great!

Experiencia negativa: My girlfriend is a tenant here. My girlfriend left her apartment in more than exceptional condition. And they're trying to withhold her deposit and charge her more for "soap scum and dust". Give me a break. If the property management put as much effort into their tenants as they put into these sorry responses to theirs bad reviews. Maybe the tenants would be happy. I'm a lucky guy to not be renting here.
Experiencia negativa: The worst place ever. For new rentors, just think twice before you think of renting this place. Rent is increased with over 100% every year with no reason given at all and in a very disrespecting language of chasing you away even if not prepared to. I wish I have the option to give zero stars! I moved in with a start rent of $1,050 in Dec 2019 and by the time I left a few wks ago my rent had gone upto $1595, an increase of $545 in 6 years Also for the deposit,do not count on it!!
Over the years, we have made every effort to limit rent increases as reasonably as possible, ideally keeping them below $50.00. Unfortunately, in recent years it has become increasingly difficult to maintain the minimal increases our tenants had become accustomed to. Property taxes alone have risen by 65% during your tenancy. This figure does not include increases in property insurance or other expenses required to properly maintain the property.
This situation is not isolated to our company, but is being experienced nationwide by property owners and property management businesses. Security deposits are processed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas. They are handled pursuant to the terms of your lease and the guidelines provided once your notice to vacate is received.

First think to do when you visyt the house with their agent !!! is to !!! record whole house with maximum resolution of video so you have covered each sqere inch of the proprty. So whtn they tell you it's your fault you have evidence to defend. !! Second when you move out you will first move out then they will schedule walk with you - make sure youre there at least 1 HOUR prior, they will get ther before you, and take pictures of items they dont like, will never share them with you. Will comfort you how clean the house is. Later tehy will Charge you for everything they had found and not shared with you. In thi moment you will have your fideo to defend you !!! They did that to me. I got proffesional cleanign company for $330 and they still charged me on top of that for cleaning, not mentioning I cleaned the house spotless- took me 2 days. After prolonged discoussion I recived full refound of my security deposit. Other issue i had the insulation is so bad, we run heating and was not able to heat up the house, I got 3 space heaters running 24/7 with bill of $400 dolars - Temperature stup was 74F ( me and my family like warm, and kids go sick when is cold, our choise) AC was pretty noisy, and constantly running. My sump pomp was defective, and we had flood in the basement - aske wfor help, recived mean service from the serviceman, came with nothing, I had to help dude with my tools, and extension cords. Other than that, good school district, nice clean place, conviniet to comunicate.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t move here. Notice how all the positive reviews are the same? I lived here for years. Never once was I told a name of an employee. They give behind their emails. Renter beware.
Experiencia negativa: This property management company is money hungry and unfair in their practices. Charges and fees are not handled transparently, and communication is often lacking. They prioritize profit over fairness and professionalism in dealing with tenants. I would not recommend renting from them ever!
Experiencia negativa: I’ve had a very unpleasant experience with Prieb Properties since I moved into my home in January. They are very rude, callous and disorganized. I have rented property most of my adult life and I have never had an experience like I’ve had with this company. There are long term foundation issues and flooding which they have not and will not address. They failed to disclose this information to me and move in.

Regarding your recent service request, I see that we weren't able to gain access to your unit due to your door lock upgrades. We only have spare keys for the locks that we install on our units, and our service team did not want to risk damaging your digital door lock. I see that we were in the process of getting a code for your lock However, the request was canceled before entry was made.

Experiencia fantástica: We moved from Western Shawnee, townhome rental with a different company to Olathe and into a Prieb Property Management Apartment at Parkview. We haven't been in an apartment in over 30 years. The apartment is excellent and we love it. Up to date flooring, countertops, bathrooms, appliances, paint, lots of windows, fireplace, and a washer and dryer. The Clubhouse is great with a fitness room and rentable Sports Bar for parties. The Dog Waste Stations are plus and they get serviced by the staff twice a week and Pet Butler also picks up the grounds. I would recommend Prieb Property Management to anyone. Great place to live!!!!

Experiencia negativa: DON’T RENT FROM THEM!! I rented a house for 2.5 years and had a great experience when something needed repaired but just be aware when you move out they will use all your deposit (and then some) to make repairs to get it ready for the next people. They charge you for outrageous things.. it’s called wear and tear but they won’t see it as that. I was charged for things that were damaged before I moved in but of course didn’t take pictures of every little thing and now I’m getting charged for it. And since when was restaining cabinets chargeable toward a security deposit? Stay away from this company! There are many other great companies that won’t screw you over and are honest.

Experiencia negativa: READ THE ENTIRE LEASE!!! Word for word & especially the smaller fine print. Built fast & cheap. Have too many units & locations making them unorganized. Raise rates annually. Rude employees & poor management overall. If you want to get ahold of anyone in the office, make sure you act like you're interested in renting because they'll get to you significantly faster. Laura or Lauren in the payments department is ill-mannered. She does not know how to deal with people & unfortunately is the only one ever available in that department to speak to. ***PLEASE SEE THE IMAGE BELOW OF ALL THE CHARGES I RECEIVED AFTER MOVING OUT*** Half of these DO NOT make any sense or truly apply to how we left the place. Double the charge for painting, mind you we never painted anything, $500 for painting what? $220 admin fees, lol. So instead of receiving a security deposit back, we're being charged. I truly hope this review helps anyone in the future considering Prieb. If i could give less than 1 star, I would.

Experiencia negativa: EDIT: HERE IS THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME AFTER QUESTIONING THEM. “After some research, it was discovered that this form was filled out and presented to a former employee while I was out for surgery on a broken ankle. Unfortunately, she did not follow proper procedure at the time and is no longer with the company. Management has agreed to settle your account for $200. Please let me know if that is acceptable to you so we can process payment” So you admit you’re at fault and still want to charge me for a former employees mistake. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is the definition of con artists. They will charge you on move out for any little item and it will be well over fair market value. They gave me an outrageous move out statement. I questioned the items on the statement and asked for them to provide proof. I was then given 4 different amounts of the statement and sent 4 photos, nothing of which looked like the rental. They only operate via email which makes sense and I can see them getting a lot of calls from people they are screwing over. I have rented a few times before Prieb, never once have I had a single issue as a renter or from a rental company. I have always received my full deposit back on previous rentals. This company has to be one of the worst I have ever dealt with, If you are reading this and thinking about using Prieb please dont.

Experiencia negativa: I would 100% not recommend renting from Prieb at any of their properties as they are absolutely terrible to deal with. Upon moving in to their Parkview townhomes we were told that we could hang whatever we wanted on the walls as long as their wasn't extensive damage that would be done. We hung a few TV's which they said were more than ok even when I said we would be hanging 3 of them. We also hung photo's on the wall with the small wall anchors (which Prieb said was ok to do). Upon moving out we got charges with a $1800 bill that was broke down into bogus costs. $900 for painting, $250 general cleaning fee (we professionally cleaned the entire apartment), multiple charges for "damages", $300 administration fee (why would we get charged an admin fee when its a normal move out) and multiple charges for "miscellaneous". This has been the worst place that we have lived and the absolute worst property management company that we have ever rented from. Hard to get ahold of and when you do they don't care. Always had to try to contact them for bogus charges/late charges that randomly showed up on our account and trying to get them removed was like pulling teeth. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

What noisy acts if I only come to sleep to this place and I got cameras inside my apartment and they are assuring things without showing me evidence, I wanna see that evidence, i have never been a bad tenant, is the first time ever a complex apartment treat me so bad, I feel so uncomfortable in this place, this was one of my favorite apartments for almost 2 years, I dont longer feel comfortable

Experiencia negativa: Do not move here! We lived at Parkview Townhomes. We were told when we moved in that we could hang stuff. My husband verified the size of holes that could be drilled in the walls and we were told we wouldn’t be charged for anything because they expect that under normal living conditions. We moved out at the end of April and received a bill on top of the security deposit they were keeping. They charged us a $300 cleaning fee, $200 for a vanity chip that was there when we moved in and told would be noted, among other various charges. Not to mention, they also added a 20% service charge which added an extra $200 they were wanting us to pay. We tried to dispute the charges and were basically told to kick rocks. Beware when you are moving in and be sure to document EVERYTHING that is existing when you move in or you will be charged for it when you move out. They also don’t have a direct maintenance line which is irritating when you are having an emergency and can’t get in contact with anyone and have to go through the portal. I would NOT recommend living here. They are crooks and are looking to pocket as much of your money as they can

Management refuses to acknowledge the many shortcomings in our homes infrastructure and its not even a year old. We should not be financially responsible to go back and fix the many mistakes . 1. Large infestation of pill bugs regardless of the pest control expenses we have already spent. 2. The Sod was damaged when we moved in yet our neighbors sod got put down the day before they moved in so they were able to water the sod. We had our sod put in months before we moved in how do I know I had a friend drive by and send pics prior to moving. I moved in June the sod was down in May and it was dry, because there was no running water. 3. The infestation is only happening at our home other neighbors have stated they do not have that problem you can tell the difference as nothing was treated properly. 4. The back door was installed improperly and whenever it rains it leaks maintenance has came by 3 times to "fix" and now the door is difficult to shut and open yet I guarantee it still leaks when it rains into the kitchen. 5. Our bedroom had infestation of pill bugs because nothing was sealed I even peeled our carpet right off the floor due to poor installation. 6. The lower level window was not installed properly it was missing the latch so for months I had no idea and anyone could have opened the window and came in , not a stretch being that there was several instances of vandalism such as kids pushing the johnny on the spot that was next to our yard during the development of other homes . Not renewing our lease that is for sure, why would we pay to fix things on a brand new home?

Experiencia negativa: ***I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE MOVE HERE or anywhere else owned by these folks.*** We lived in Townhomes at the Reserve in Lenexa for less than 3 months and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Not to mention dealing with anyone at Prieb has been a nightmare. From the moment we moved in, there were constantly cops on the property - in the first month there was an entire swat team with guns out & pointed two townhomes down. We immediately voiced our safety concerns to Prieb with little reassurance. There is not any management onsite and problems continued our entire stay. We did not feel safe at all, and because of this we broke our lease early. We lived there for less than 3 months, and never unpacked. We thoroughly cleaned the property on move out and used the carpet cleaning company they recommended, and they still charged us almost all of our deposit for “fixes” of things that we never did & could not have done in the short time we lived there, as well as an *additional* cleaning fee. They also lied and wrote that we were present on our move out inspection when we were not, nor were we informed reasonably ahead of time so we could make arrangements to be present, but rather only the morning of. We have always been diligent about a clean space and have never had an issue with any place where we have rented before, or getting our full deposit back when moving out. Until here. They are crooks and will make up any reason to take as much money from you as possible!! I am so relieved to not be living there anymore, but I am deeply saddened that there are predatory property companies like this and it was a hard lesson learned. If I can even help keep one person from going through what we have gone through, I hope this review can do so. I would not recommend working with or living in a Prieb property community to my worst enemy.

Experiencia negativa: I moved into Parkview Apartments when they were just built. When I moved in I had to clean the apartment from the new construction, which didn't bother me as I would of cleaned it anyway before I moved in. When I moved out I chose not to be present for the walkthrough, as I spent 5 1/2 hours cleaning it to make sure that it was move in ready for the next tenants and I lived by myself so there was nothing destroyed and/or damaged. Terrible mistake, I should of been present. I got my deposit back with was less than half what my deposit was. So I read the breakout and I disputed each deduction. I was told that they would have to research it. I received their conclusions, which said all the charges are in accordance with my lease and Kansas Law. 1. Touchup Cleaning of the Home - $100.00 - Showed that the cabinet/drawer front needed wiped down, the floors needed swept, baseboards wiped. They stated that my unit is one of the cleaners ones that they have seen but they had to do some touchups. Like I said I spent 5 1/2 hours cleaning and even moped my way out of my apartment. They sent one picture of dust molecules. 2. Touchup paining of Home W/wall repair. - $175.00 - They said there were gauges, scratches/knicks, and scuffs. Touch up of baseboards, walls, and shelving. Pictures included like marks on the wall that were white, which looked like was missed when the original painting was done. The baseboards were at the bottom of the steps and through the steps going down to the front door. They were there when I moved in. Whoever designed the apartments was not very smart. You walk in the front door and immediatly have to turn to the left to go up the stairs. It was so narrow that I had to rent a forklift to get my couch into my unit through the balcony door! Then when I moved out I had to take my couch back out the balcony door and the movers had to lift it over the railing and have guys on the ground. So those marks I am sure was from them trying to get all the appliances upstairs. 3. Remove nails from the home. - $50.00 -There were about four nails left in the wall as the employee that did my move in with me told me to leave them. 4. Replace toilet seat - $40.00 - I asked them to send a picture and it looked like white marks on it, defiantly not any need to replace. 5. 20% administrative fee - $73.30 - They stated this was in my deposit page of my leasing agreement. Which my lease was on their portal which they atomically deactivate your account right when you move out, so I can't even pull that up. When I moved in the they ask you the overall condition of your unit and the cleanliness of the unit and I marked it was fine. I knew that I would clean it and I knew that it would be cleaned when I moved out. So if you decide to rent with Prieb, make sure during your walk through you check every single detail of your place. They are very cheaply built so make sure if there is anything that is not correct, mark it down! The floor started to come up, because once again cheaply done, and I put in a work order for it. They maintenance guy told me that the "floor people" would have to fix it, yet they never came, but they made sure to dock me on my deposit for that. Then make sure when you move out that you be present for the walk through. I paid $500 for a pet deposit, plus $50 pet rent, which I knew and I was okay with that, but I have a Cockapoo that doesn't shed and the carpets were perfectly fine, so they didn't have to clean and/or replace anything, so they received $1100 just free in clear. Obviously they need the money more than I do to keep my deposit! I would of given them negative stars, but it doesn't allow me too and they defiantly do not even deserve 1 star! So if you are looking at property companies, I would highly advise against Prieb!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give them a zero I would!!!! Let’s start off with when we moved out, they charge literally for everything!!!!! Honestly we never expected our deposit but for us to have to pay over that is insane! They are claiming there was a dent in the garage and it had to be replaced which is over $1000 the dent was there at move in, did we take a picture no unfortunately not but neither did they. Had we done damage we would have used our renter insurance bc that’s what it’s for! Still fighting it.. but let’s bring on the fun stuff… they stole our mail.. it was a package from Sam’s that was delivered there after we moved by accident. We tried to go retrieve it but it had already been gone. Our neighbor witnessed them bringing it outside the house opening the boxes (more than 1) and taking the items out and throwing away what they didn’t want, along with empty Sam’s boxes… they now say it was an “accident” unfortunately police won’t do anything bc they have no proof of intent to steal even though I have a recording from the interaction with the supervisor who took it and opened my mail. At this point we are pursuing legal action but want to warn people out there

We understand you were invited to pay a security deposit for a unit you were interested in. Unfortunately, since we did not receive a security deposit from you, this unit was subsequently secured by another interested party, as our security deposit process operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To elaborate on this, our process allows multiple parties to apply for a unit at any given time. We process applications in the order in which they are received, however, there are instances where multiple parties have their applications approved for the same unit.
In order to officially secure the unit, a security deposit payment must be submitted. If multiple parties are approved for the same unit, the party that submits the security deposit payment first will be the party to secure the unit. We apologize that this process was miscommunicated to you.

Experiencia negativa: Not sure what game some of the property management companies are playing currently. This is a bit long winded... My partner and I found a rental we liked and completed the PPM application. I followed up the next day. In all honesty I had a hit on my credit last year caused by fraud. I had since fixed and acquired supporting documentation. This was the main reason for the follow up call to provide transparency. In the meantime I received an email informing me that my application had been denied. A leasing agent finally answered and recommended attaching my documentation to an email replying to the denial. After doing so, I looked into the company doing the background report for PPM. I was able to download the report. The result stated "Accept with Conditions (Extra Month Deposit)". Okay, no problem. I also stated this in a response to Prieb. Are they looking to guage interest in properties in anticipation of raising rent? It is claimed the application fees are not a source of income for the management company. I'm beginning to wonder because I met the loose criteria outlined on their site. Be warned.
We are sorry you feel this way. We do not get income from application fees as the 3rd party vendor you contacted charges us to provide your screening report plus the cost associated to process your application. Their report is “a recommendation only” based on loose criteria they provide. Our policies and procedures are more stringent than what they offer. Please note: the 3rd party vendor does not adhere to applicable state laws with their recommendations and that must be taken into consideration. Furthermore, your application was included with another. After reviewing both applications, it was determined that the application as a whole was not approved for reasons given to you. Again, the 3rd party vendor is only “making a recommendation”. Their decision is not final.
Experiencia fantástica: Met with Tristan today. Very well dressed, professional, nice, knowledgeable about the complex, and patient. She was at open house ready to meet anyone interested. I had a lot of questions and she was super happy to answer them. I've been looking for a place for awhile and have declined some simply because I didn't like the customer service presented even though I did rather like the place. She did not give me those vibes at all even though I have young kids who were constantly wanting in the snacks provided..she did not blink an eye at all nor was she pressuring in anyway. Overall very good first experience could honestly not ask for better. Now on to the apartment...they all honestly look huge with the way they are laid out. I like the living room floor finishes as they are not carpet and will be easily cleanable. Huge walk in closets etc Yes there is some construction going on outside but hey guys these are brand new units so obviously need to expect this. These apartments are very spacious And beautiful. I've only lived in "overland park" and honestly felt like I was in the country (which I rather did like) but map questing things I normally visit all within 15 minutes. I think the only downfall is that the pool and fitness center aren't done because that is nowadays "a part of the apartment experience" and is one of the things I looked forward to but sounds like they too very much look forward to completing. Anyway please come see for yourself!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a tenant with Prieb for 6 years and have had a great experience. I just moved to a new property of theirs and the move in inspection was flawless. Monte did an excellent job and answered all of my questions. My last rental with them is older but I still found it to be well maintained and had no problems with maintenance requests being fulfilled in a timely and proper manner. The leasing personnel are also top notch and responsive. Being in customer service myself, I really appreciate their response time and positive attitude. If there is one minor criticism, it would be to review the mass emails to tenants for tone/audience. At times, messages can read a little condescending vs informative. Overall, great experience.

Experiencia positiva: My kids and I loved living here. We had the best neighbors and really enjoyed the location and area. The rental process is easy and the leasing office is nice. Sure, maintenance can be delayed and once when I had an issue with my clothes drying I came to find out that it was bc the L shaped vent in my inner unit was blocked so that could have been a big fire hazard that they should routinely clean themselves BUT otherwise... I really have nothing bad to say about them. It is expensive-ish and small. But we were happy there.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I moved into our townhouse in July, and we have so many good things to say about the property! We absolutely love how spacious and well thought out the floor plans are. The townhouse does not feel cramped at all and flows very well. We love having a place that feels like our own and love our neighbors. Everyone has been super nice and love walking around the neighborhood saying hello to everyone. Coming from a previous town house, we were afraid that we would be able to hear our neighbors or the need to be super cautious about our noise level. These townhouses are built so well that you can’t hear your neighbors or the neighboring highway. Tristian was super helpful and easy to work with during the leasing process. We originally signed for a smaller floor plan but was behind schedule in construction and Tristian was very helpful with assisting us in finding a new floor plan. We think it was a blessing in disguise because we love all the extra space. Monte and his team made it easy and quick to move in and ensure that the townhouse was up to their standards. He checked the fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal were all operational during the walk through. His attention to detail was amazing. I highly recommend Prieb to anyone who is looking to rent a place that feels like home!

People around my building are friendly and neighbors seem to get along well and congregate together. Experiencia negativa: I have lived here for almost 5 years. The townhomes are poorly constructed, and we have had many major problems. Prieb is very slow to respond to fixing these problems. They have very poor communication with 3rd party vendors leading to things taking years to fully fix. Also the rent on these townhomes keep going up and are very expensive for the walls falling apart around you. On a positive note you do get lots of space and room to live.
Experiencia negativa: Prieb property has been subpar at best. I live directly across from a new development and we’ve consistently had problems with garbage, noise outside of city ordinances allowed times, and construction equipment parked in our residential street when they have easily 5 acres of open space with which to park. My neighbors have complained regularly about these issues and were met with rude responses and ignored until the city stepped in.
Experiencia fantástica: Prieb has responded quickly to all my maintenance requests and always follow up with me after service. Bobby Ford has come over on periodic occasions and has demonstrated professionalism and kindness, in addition to fast service and efficiency. I'm comfortable submitting maintenance requests and knowing it will be responded to in a quick fasion.

I have rented one of their properties for now going on two years and look forward to signing my renewal once again. Experiencia fantástica: I have leased from Prieb for a few months and love my brand new unit at the Reserves. The location is 2 mins to highway access and 5 mins to gas groceries and restaurant. The staff has been very helpful and responsive in all communications. Highly recommend !!

Experiencia fantástica: In the time I have lived here it has been very pleasant. Any issues that came up were fixed in a timely manner and communicated well. Management was very flexible and kind when I was indecisive on which unit i wanted to move into. It’s very quiet and the big windows are beautiful. Experiencia negativa: Terrible construction for the expensive rent, and poor customer service. My door was not closing properly, and this is how the maintenance department fixed it. My wife and I have experienced nothing but problems since we moved in with maintenance issues. So many items left undone. Items they attempted to fix and did not. A door unpainted. Several damaged spots on the walls and ceiling. Constant electrical issues. I will say the leasing part was fine. But, from the moment we moved in, it has been nothing but issues. They even knew the issues when we moved in and provided no status updates. In fact, we had to submit all the issues ourselves through their online portal. If you can find another place to live, I wouldn’t sign with this company. Leasing here is comparable to being catfished. Looks great on the outside, and is a nightmare on the inside.
Please accept our apologies for this situation, we truly appreciate your honest feedback on the recent service requested. Our service department has scheduled one of our experienced maintenance techs to properly repair your door this Friday, as well as scheduling our electrical maintenance contractor to fix the breaker issue. Please find relief in knowing that the tech who made a disastrous attempt at fix your door is no longer with our company, as the tech did not meet our quality standards. Please feel free to contact us in the service department should you have any additional requests.
