So let me ask how many of your past realtors personally shoveled the ice and snow on your steps when you were out of town so that a last minute buyer could get to your front door? Michelle Brown, the ultimate concierge realtor, hired the interior designer to stage my home , brought the photographer and videographer back three times at her expense because the sky was too hazy out the windows. She brought her husband, the owner of a stone masonry company, to come on a Sunday to fix a broken tile, personally escorted every single buyer through my home. She never put in a lockbox, never passed out the keys to 50 other realtors in a group. She advertised on every single online platform , prepared comprehensive market updates and comps and showed up in heels and her dinner clothes one evening to dig a new spot for my sign that blew down.
