They are both spectacular Realtors and great at what they do! I grew up in Cortez and had moved away for college/work. But in my heart, I always knew I wanted to come back into this humble little town. Therefore, by being out-of-state the whole time, it was a huge relief that Tel and Stetson were such a tremendous help in making our buying needs and transaction very smooth. When buying site unseen, they are our dependable eyes and ears when it came to prospective properties we were interested in. They always went out of their way to promptly send us videos and pictures of the houses. I love that they are easy going and gave their honest, professional feedback through out the process. Their communication level and follow up are top notch. As we all know, buying a house can be exciting but also very stressful. I had experiences from previous realtors where I felt left in the dark and lost in transaction on what was expected next or what to anticipate, but with the Hamilton Brothers I felt very supported and informed every step of the way. Recently we just closed on a property on Empire St and let me tell you, we cannot be happier with the deal Tel and Stetson got us!! First of all, it’s obvious that the housing market is kind of tough at the moment. Inventory is low, and prices, interest rate, demand, and competition are pretty high. We made an offer less than a full week since the home hit the market, only to find out there were two other serious offers. I was on the edge of my seat, anxious we might lose or get outbid. I don’t know how Tel and Stetson worked their real estate magic, but their strategy got us the house! And with seller concession! And under asking too! And additional equity! They literally saved us thousands of dollars. Truly amazing. It really shows having the right realtors on your team makes a great difference. In addition, Stetson and Tel are quick to put out little fires for us. For example, when the appraiser needed the bare subfloor of one of the bathrooms to be covered subject to loan approval, they were on it and had LVPs placed in beautifully. Meanwhile we were hundreds of miles away and really couldn’t do anything about it. They even offered to sweep the snow off the flat roof to prevent possible ponding or leaks. Overall, we are very appreciative and impressed with their hard work, knowledge, and involvement.
