Im difficult to work with and have expectations that are always much higher than reality ..Yet Alex was patient beyond belief and prolly should have told me to pound rocks more than a couple times ..he didn't .he was caring and passionate about his work ,very though and always up front and honest..he found me exctaly what I needed and made the process painless ..if he can work with me he can definitely work with you ..there's a lot of agents out there and finding one that's going to exceed your expectations can be a daunting task ..if you have found Alex ,you have found your man..I stand on that statement...stop searching and hit him up ..

Experiencia negativa: Great house.... please read! Customer communication is horrible.... treated as just another number. Updated! - most reviews here are reflective of their customer experience which is directly connected to the Cornerstone agent. The house is amazing but we have been left in the dark and not been contacted as it says in the contract about changes to the original closing date and we have been pushed out 49DAYS from what we were told initially in the contract without any communication to our agent. This is not professional and highly unethical from our point of view. Now we are incurring closing cost fees due to this poor communication and they expect US to pay for it not to mention the fact we had to let our property owner know our move out date which has been changed twice due to this horrible lack of communication... Not good. Can anyone help us? It's hard to believe that with Cornerstone/Enchanted's buying power from building 100's of homes - that they can not make this happen.

Experiencia positiva: Nick was great to work with however there was little to no communication between him and the Super or the design center. Many of the items that we changed during our initial meeting were either over looked or ignored.. Enchanted builds a beautiful well built home but the lack of communication made this process more stressful than it should have been. Overall we are completely please with the finished product but it would have been a great experience if there had been better communication between Robin and the Super. Nick was our only contact after the initial meeting and he did a good job acting as the mediator for us. I would give this a 3 rating for communication and a 5 for the quality of the home.

He guided me through the entire process and took lots and lots of time to go over everything, answer any questions, assist me with any special requests at any given time. Of course, it was also with the support of Josh during the process. Many calls with concerns were made by me to Josh who always addressed each and every issue and/or request. He always made available time to meet and discuss anything pertaining to my house and the property. He is extremely professional and went to great lengths to accommodate me. Steven is competent, reliable, and professional. Our house, being very rural, was expected to be on the market a long time, however, it sold in just 11 days! We likely drove him nuts with our list of “desires” for a new home, and we looked at many with him. Steven’s dad, Rick Long, also a Cornerstone Agent, stepped in when Steven was unavailable a couple of times. They never dropped the ball and always responded quickly to our many questions and issues. Both our sale and purchase became difficult towards the closing date, as we needed to coordinate both closings to pay cash for the new home.
