Experiencia fantástica: My Wife and I started our search for our forever home while in South Carolina visiting her parents just to look what was available in the area. We knew we were going to move down there just not this soon. There was house in the neighborhood for sale so my wife contacted Zillow and by chance Nathan contacted me. During our walk around the house, we mentioned that the house right next door to my wife's parents house looked like it was for sale but showed off the market. In minutes Nathan was on the phone contacting the other realtor and getting us inside that house. That Monday the house was going back on the market we put it under contract that week. The whole purchasing process was a little different because I had to fly back to New Hampshire to continue to work. Before I left, Nathan told me he works 24/7 and believe me he does! This process of being in another state sometimes got a little stressful, for me anyway but Nathan was there anytime I had a question or concern and was able to reassure me that this may not be normal but we will get it done. It took a couple of months of paperwork and negotiations but during the process Nathan was always there responding to texts and phone calls. He made this out of the ordinary purchase (for my wife and I anyway) easy and comfortable and was always a phone call/text away with quick responses. He even responded to a phone message after the house was purchased about the alarm system going off!!! Amazing just amazing!
