Experiencia fantástica: Martin is intentionally committed to walking alongside you throughout the entire selling process! It feels like you're his only client when working with him because he makes himself so available and offers as much time and information as you need. Buying/selling homes is hard enough - Martin helps make it easy!

Experiencia fantástica: Martin Vehlow did a great job as the selling realtor for my home. Martin made good suggestions to make the home marketable, kept me up to date on progress, conducted showings quickly, helping with selecting an offer, and attended my closing. I could not have asked for more!

Experiencia fantástica: Our selling experience with Martin was phenomenal especially when considering we had already relocated to GA. Martin looked after our house making sure it looked perfect before Showings. From staging, to listing, to marketing, to communication regarding Showings & feedback, to contract, negotiations, to Closing Martin was on top of everything aiming to exceed our expectations. He surely did! He is a great person and a realtor I would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful experience finding and buying our home with Martin. He was truly the perfect real estate agent for us, and we were so lucky that happened to meet him. What we appreciated most about Martin was how helpful and informative he was about each home we visited and the whole buying process. He was ready to point out idiosyncrasies, practical considerations, and things to look out for. He was knowledgeable both about the housing market but also about building, construction, and maintenance of a home. He was also super conscientious about remembering our very specific preferences and requests for what we wanted in a home. We ended up looking at homes for almost a year before we purchased but Martin never tried to push us into a decision we weren't ready to make. He was wonderful through the entire purchase process and is such a kind and considerate person on top of it all. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for an agent in buying or selling a home.

Experiencia fantástica: Martin was fantastic throughout our homebuying process! His insight was invaluable in helping us choose and purchase a home. We would absolutely use him again and can’t recommend his services enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Martin Vehlow was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He made the entire condo buying process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and honest, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. When it came time to make an offer and close, he handled everything efficiently and kept me in the loop the whole way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about Martin at Berkshire Hathaway! He took so much time out of his day to mentor my daughter and me, and we are incredibly grateful. His knowledge and expertise on investing and real estate were extremely valuable to us. He answered every question with honesty and transparency and gave us valuable resources to get started. My 16-year-old was so inspired by how well he engaged with her. Martin is a professional who genuinely cares about helping others succeed. His mentorship made a huge impact on us both.

Experiencia fantástica: Martin was the best realtor i have ever had to sell my house ,very on top of things ! We never needed to chase him down he was always contacting us 'giving us updates on everything we needed and the house sold in a few days over list price which we are very happy about ! We would highly recommend him to all our family and friends . Thank you !

Experiencia fantástica: I don't think we could have found a more genuinely kind, honest, and helpful agent than Martin! He looked for details we never considered, always listened to what we had to say, and went above-and-beyond on helping us with move-related things (we were coming from 1000mi away) and making sure we were all settled in. We've had quite a few agents over the years and none come close to Martin, all his hard work, and immensely kind personality! Thank you again for an awesome and stress-free buying and moving experience!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We worked with Martin to buy our home in Winthrop Harbor, and I can’t recommend him enough. He was incredibly hands-on with every step of the process and always so easy to talk to—really personable and down-to-earth. He gave us valuable insight on what to do (and what not to do) when buying a house, which made us feel much more confident in our decisions. What impressed me most was how well he handled our unique situation: I was buying together with my parents, which could have been a little tricky, but he balanced everything smoothly and kept the process stress-free for all of us. Martin was always on top of communication, quick to return calls and messages, and just genuinely great to work with. On top of that, he left us a really thoughtful gift when we closed, which was such a kind gesture. Overall, Martin made the whole experience a positive one, and I highly, highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Martin was an absolute breeze, he was thorough, professional, and he really knew his stuff. He knocked it out of the park with our home listing, going above and beyond to show our place at its absolute best. Experiencia fantástica: From the first interaction with Martin, he was professional, reassuring, and so incredibly helpful. I was on a tight budget for a big purchase, but Martin’s focus was always on getting me the home I’ve been striving for. Being a first-time homebuyer is a nerve-wracking and overwhelming process especially with the current housing market. He was incredibly patient and supportive, always quick to get appointments scheduled and there to check-in when I had to pull out of offers as repairs discovered during inspection periods were beyond my financial scope. He’s got a wealth of knowledge as well, helping to suggest other companies for inspections and repairs and financing. He was the best possible person to have worked with as a first-time home buyer. I cannot recommend highly enough!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I worked with Martin for over a year to find our perfect home. Being first time homebuyers, the process was new and at times stressful but Martin held our hand and answered our questions along the way. We went under contract on two homes that fell through during inspection prior to finding our now home. Martin was so helpful in guiding us through the ups and downs. Highly recommend him as a realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: I started working with Martin during the fall of 2023 when I began my search for a property in the Chain O Lakes area. Martin came highly recommended by someone I trust and respect, so I had high expectations to start with, but Martin swiftly exceeded them. He is not simply a fantastic real estate agent, but he stepped up as the best expert local advisor an investor buyer can ask for: he helped me understand the various areas I should be focusing on, get through due diligence on local zoning issues and he also linked me up with various local vendors I needed to make the right deal for my specific circumstances. All throughout my long buying process Martin was always helpful and quick and thorough to respond to my million questions. Experiencia fantástica: Martin is a very unique individual. He does not do his job simply for the money or for any form of recognition. He does it because he TRULY CARES about every person he helps. If you have or had the pleasure to get to know him you will realize that this is the way he lives his life whether it’s his family, his friends or his customers. You will always see him go above and beyond in all that he does. He is so very knowledgeable, yet he is always ready and willing to learn and grow all the time. He is flexible and does his best to work with your schedule. Martin has a world of patience and treats each person as an individual taking into consideration not only your/their needs and wants but also willingly sharing suggestions/considerations you may not have thought of. It is a rare individual who can leave you with such a warm, gratifying experience as Martin does, even when his interaction with you was merely as simple as dealing with some form of real estate or business - something that most business people invest as little time as possible in. Instead, he leaves you with a feeling that you really mattered to him. He has assisted me and my family in many ways in the process of dissolving my husbands estate and preparing to sell and selling the home. He adjusts to your needs so well and can either be ‘all hands on deck’ or if you prefer someone who is a little more hands off, he will gladly adjust to the style you prefer. Martin may seem young to be as skilled as he is, but don’t be fooled. He is very wise and extremely professional and how he does his job, how he runs his life and how he prioritizes everyone and everything, from his family, to his customers, to his Lord, I can guarantee you that you will have no regrets if you have Martin assist you with any of your real estate needs. Not to sound corny, but he truly is a breath of fresh air and a bright beam of sunshine added to your day!! By the way, he also helped my daughter to become a first time home owner despite the scariness of doing that for the very first time! They felt so comfortable and confident with Martin and just love their house!

We are very happy in our new home and we hope the new owners of our sold home are too.
