Experiencia fantástica: Good

Experiencia fantástica: We have rented several Florida condos in years past from individuals and from property managers. Two years ago my husband and I, for the first time, rented a condo from Jack with Sisi Property Management. Jack's process/paperwork for approving us for the rental was the quickest process we have ever experienced. The process was simple and very hassle-free. They were very helpful throughout the process and was always available to take our calls. Then we moved in to the condo and it was, by far, the best condo we have ever rented. It is a TOP-NOTCH property. It is very spacious, equipped with everything you could ask for, clean, very well maintained. The property is very quiet and relaxing, which is just another plus! We stayed in the condo for two years. And over those two years, I fell in love with the condo and was very sad that I could no longer call it "home". Throughout the two years that we rented, Jack and Sisi Property Management were so wonderful to us and so great to work with. Always available, very efficient, concerned with making our stay as pleasant as possible, providing exceptional service! We will definitely keep Jack and Sisi Property Management in mind for our future rentals or purchases. We highly recommend Jack and Sisi Property Management. Thank you Jack for everything you did for us and for making the last two years at the condo, memorable and happy years. Mark and Linda

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent people, always ready to solve what we need quickly and effectively. I recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: I hired this company to manage my rental property because I saw their fantastic reviews and thought they would be great. Wow, I can't believe how wrong I was. The attached photos show how my property was handed back to me. Sisi Realty & Management described this to me as "in good condition beside wear and tear." In actuality, it has cost me over $5000 to repair the damages to my property. Furthermore, they didn't even provide a move-out report or inspection. They are seriously unprofessional and I would never use them again.

Experiencia fantástica: they are the best! jack will take care of any property needs

Experiencia negativa: Sisi property management is absolutely horrible, the south palmetto building is full of roaches. Jack the landlord is rude and absurd. They over charge you for outdated old apartments, the windows are old and shake with just a breeze of wind they also leak when there' heavy rain. They try to raise the rent with no type of renovations to the moldy old apartments, I highly wouldn't recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We are thankful to have been tenants with Jack and his wonderful team! We stayed at a beachside apartment for over 3 years, and had a great experience.
