Experiencia fantástica: Ms. Sheryl Wells was phenomenal. She made the whole process so easy especially with us livong out of state trying to sell our home. We had a realtor before with a different company and the home was listed for 6 months with little to no showings and it was a bad experience but once Ms.wells stepped in, it was a whole different experience and she was able to get our house sold quickly at exactly what we wanted. She kept in communication weekly and daily when needed and got all things taken care for us. Definitely recommend her for all home buying/selling needs!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: After many corporate relocations, this was our first time going through an actual selling process as all the others my husband's former employer purchased the homes from us from the start, making the process simple and worry-free. When we first moved to TN from SC as a corporate relocation we were assigned to Jovett Thomas with the Germantown Crye-Leike office. She did a great job of helping us close on a home we truly liked and were in for almost five years. When the time came to pack up and relocate again, we chose to work with her a second time, only this time as our selling agent. Jovett made sure we had the house in the best possible presentation we could manage prior to listing, and we received an offer after seven days on the market, in a market where homes that listed at the same time as we did (late April 2025) are still on the market as I type this (August 31, 2025). We remain extremely grateful for that good fortune, but our first true experience as sellers was not an easy one. There were several twists, turns, complications, unreasonable demands, poor communication, and delays with our buyers, their agent, and their lender. We were also in the process of purchasing a home in our new state at the same time where my husband was already working, so to say things were stressful is an understatement. Throughout it all, Jovett made sure we stayed on top of our game with every question or request from the buyers or their lender and even consulted with her peers for second opinions to make sure we remained on the right side of things. She endured my endless questions, my frustrated rants about the buyers, and the many twists and turns we experienced with patience and professionalism and remained fully transparent with us throughout the entire process as there was a point where the buyers may not have been able to close. In the end, we did in fact close on the house and we are forever grateful to Jovett for her professionalism, patience, knowledge, and compassion as we moved through a very stressful and difficult time during our relocation. I do not hesitate to recommend Jovett Thomas of Crye-Leike as both a buyer's and seller's agent, as we have experienced her as both. You are guaranteed to be in good hands.

Experiencia negativa: Found a rental listed on Zillow. The company name on the listing is "First Milestone" but Google couldn't find a company by that name. I called the number in the listing. The vm greeting gave no identifying info, so I sent a text asking "do you have a house for rent on _____ Street? I can't find a website for your company name." They texted back asking for my full name. Everything about it seemed scammy. I texted back that I would move on since I was trying to contact a business, not an anonymous person. He texted back that my message "isn't clear". I googled the phone number and got the name of a Crye-Leike agent named Rakesh, but nowhere in that listing is Crye-Leike mentioned.

Experiencia negativa: After 8 years still feeling the same way. When I decide to sell my house, I will not use Crye Leike. I bought a house, but I felt that I did all the work, and they tried almos everything to do not make it happen. First they did not want to work with my bank which I was approved giving bad word about them, but they tried to convince me to use a local bank which did not have the intention of approval and want to give me a higher interest rate. They want to sell me lot of things were not required to purchase the house. Closing day underwriter from the bank gave me the amount to pay at closing, but for my surprise agents told me a different amount higher, I asked why , but they told me if I want to review the situation, we would not closing, so I paid. I had the truck with my belongings ready to unpack, and had to return the key from my leasing apartment the following morning. They did not come to the house and give us the key. I am writing this waiting to cool my head and to provide a fair review, but still feeling that I overpaid at my closing. Next time I will plan better in order to challenge any similar experience.

Experiencia negativa: They don't know how to up-keep their properties. Called numerous times asking for someone to go out and cut the 6ft high grass, but nothing from them. Thank God for County Code enforcement.

Experiencia negativa: Do not rent any properties with them!! I rather live in my car than to rent ANOTHER HOUSE with them. They are very cheap for one and will get money out of you. When I first moved the carpet was dirty I my feet was literally black after 5 mins walking on it. And ants was everywhere!! I asked them can they spray they said NO it's not their problem. This all happen 3 days after moving in. And the walls had big patches of yellow paint that don't match the wall all over the house. They also evicted me because sheriif got involved with my kids' father and I and he's not on the lease. And they reported to them. They put the note on my door at 6pm that they are going to Evict us 12pm the NEXT DAY. Not even 24 hours. I have 3 kids youngest 12 months and they put us out in the rain. I asked them can they give us another day they said NO. Not because I'm late on rent but because we argued in the house.
