Kim and Stacy make a great team (complement each other well) as well as being professional, very attentive and also fun to work with. Since we were living in another state they put in the extra time to pre screen properties with us via Facetime. Their attention to detail (by knowing what we were looking for in a house) allowed them to quickly point out important details (e.g. ceiling heights, etc.) while touring the house that we might not notice on a Facetime call. Always prompt to respond via text/email, their attention to detail like writing a clean contract, establishing a line of communication with the selling agent (Kim went out of her way to attend open house to meet selling agent) made our offer stand out among many competing offers. We would highly recommend Kim and Stacy to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in the DC area.

Katherine is a true professional yet has a great sense of humor (you need it when buying in a hot market), and did a lot of property research on her own, including calling agents to get information.
