We had been looking up and down the SE coast for a beach condo for several years, with no luck. Shortly after speaking with Jenny about what we were looking for, she sent us a list of possibilities, which we whittled down to only a few. By chance, the ideal unit came on the market a few weeks later, and Jenny was on it within minutes. Without such prompt attention, this “perfect” unit would have been lost to us. Experiencia fantástica: Jenny, Zach, and the rest of the Summer House team were amazing agents in helping us find our new home! We didn't live in the area so came for a weekend to look at houses, and had a full slate lined up to see. Once we got back home, Jenny and her team did several FaceTime walk-throughs on other homes that came on the market after we left and we were able to find a perfect match on a virtual showing. The team helped organize everything we needed for closing including handymen/painters/electricians, etc. to give estimates for items found in the home inspection. Experiencia fantástica: We recently sold our Fernandina Beach home with Jenny Schaffer, Summer House Realty. It’s sold within five hours of going up on the MLS for our asking price, which was Jenny‘s recommended price. Although it was priced higher than our expectations, her knowledge of the market and confidence convinced us to list our home with her. Following the offer and acceptance, a few bumps in the road arose, however, Jenny‘s contract knowledge combined with her experience, guided, not only us, but the buyer’s agent to a successful closing. The real estate process is rather complicated, so we counted on her skill to navigate through the choppy waters. We highly recommend Summer House Realty and Jenny Schaffer, if you are considering buying or selling on Amelia island. Her southern grace suited us well.

Jenny promised she would find us another buyer and boy did she. Not 2 weeks later she brought a cash and higher offer with a 30 day close. We were all so happy and could not thank Jenny enough, we could have not done it without her. She was also involved in another sale for us which again was beyond our expectations and an offer we couldn't say no to. We highly recommend her and her firm and I don't know of any other real estate agent who we've dealt with that has worked as hard as she has for us thank you Jenny for your hard work and your perseverance and we will recommend you on Amelia Island and anywhere else thank you so much.
