On her 1005 pecan park rd listing she listed the buyers financing fell through which my family never financed anything we were paying cash. sale didn't go through do to the condition of the house. She is clearly lying to make her listing look good. I have pictures of most of the problems with house and her inspector really didn't inspect much I took more pictures of problems that he didn't include looks like he purposely left a lot of stuff out of inspection report so jennifer could get sale.

We currently live in Virginia and were looking for a vacation/retirement place. When we put an offer in on a property under construction and the builder was completely unreasonable (like asking for a $20K nonrefundable deposit directly to them without using an escrow account), Jen stood up for us to get the builder to rework their proposed contract. She stayed on top of them while they delayed and delayed the process. So, Jen made sure that we were prepared to move quickly when a more suitable situation arose. We made an offer that was accepted on the first day it was listed and Jen made sure the entire process was smooth so we could close in less than 2 weeks from the offer. The closing was smooth and painless and we love our new place. We are thoroughly enjoying our new home and the Fernandina Beach lifestyle. Jen is simply the best.
