Rich handled everything from general contractors/handymen, to prospective tenants AND buyers (given my then indecisive nature to either rent out or sell my co-op ), to my apartment's management board (generally stricter and more discerning than a condo board), the moving company who hauled my items away, and even the cable company for returning my cable box, despite the fact that my place was considerably smaller than the typical homes he sells. He apprised me continually through the process and went out of his way to deal with management directly given the time difference and being on different coasts. I'd retain him again instantly.

I was referred to Rich Kim and from the moment he came to see me, I felt that I was in safe, professional, and competent hands. I knew nothing about selling a condominium apartment. Rich was extremely kind and most knowledgeable and helped me through the process of the forms I had to sign and everything that was going to happen in order to sell as quickly as possible. Experiencia fantástica: Rich helped us purchase a home sight unseen from across the country. In order to ensure we felt comfortable, he was always reachable through phone or text messages. We always felt Rich treated us when high priority and always felt like we had all of his attention. Communication and reachability was extremely important to us because we were so far away. It was very difficult visualizing she of the homes through pictures and video chats, but Rich stepped in and advised us on which homes were bigger or nicer in pictures than in real life.
