We quickly realized Sharalyn was the best realtor to help us with our long distance search. She asked all the right questions to determine our preferences/needs and to stay within our budget. On our first trip here, she arranged 12 homes for us to visit. Unfortunately we waited too long in making a decision and the home we decided to write on was under contract. Undaunted, Sharalyn remained in close contact with us and continued to provide us new listings as they came available. After a few more visits, we wrote on another home. This time the home inspector provided us with a “book” full of problems and we cancelled our offer. Sharalyn stuck with us and her incredible support, “we can do this” attitude, patience and professionalism had us under contract on another home in the community we chose during our first visit here! Six months after closing, my husband and our cats moved to the lake while I put our Maryland home on the market. I joined them two months later.
