Experiencia fantástica: In 2019 I relocated from Charlotte NC to Oconee County to be close to my family. For five months I lived in the Quality Inn in Seneca, all the while searching for a house I wanted to buy. During that time Amy Albertson was my agent. Amy was incredibly patient and in tune with my needs and desires! In the end we found a home that I still love today. Amy and her husband, Broadus, opened their own brokerage, Albertson Real Estate. Less than 4 months ago I made the decision to sell my family’s home in Walhalla, at which time I did not hesitate to enlist Amy & Broadus. As it turns out Amy and Broadus became dual agents, Amy was my agent and Broadus was the buyer’s agent. The partnership was perfect because they both had a vested interest in my property and they both worked to make sure everything was ready for me to sell and the buyer to purchase. Broadus even went above and beyond by regularly checking on the house to make sure all was well during the ice and snow storms. They had all the contacts needed to clear the basement and main level of a lot of furniture and much more, have the inside of the house cleaned and the outside pressure washed. Once the home was listed, within four days there were four offers, the next day the house was under contract. Amy and Broadus handled everything. It was a seamless transaction and I couldn’t have been happier! Needless to say, I highly recommend Albertson Real Estate. I found them both to be extremely resourceful, to work hard in their clients’ best interests throughout the process and to be honest, especially in serving as dual agents. If I have another opportunity I will definitely use them again!

Short review— Broadus helped us find the home we wanted with him searching and emailing us for months at all times of the day. This was our first home and we are coming from out of state so we were nervous at first but Broadus got rid of those nerves very quickly. He welcomes us into his lifelong town of Walhalla and told us everything we needed to know about this little piece of Heaven. The process was outstandingly easy and smooth, Broadus helped us from day 1 and is continuing to be in touch after purchase was made. Just a great genuine man with a contagious smile and great lively humor. Cannot not recommend enough!!!! Long in depth review— We just purchased our first home through Broadus. We relocated to Seneca from PA, so it is quite the move. We were nervous about this being as we wouldn’t be able to see every house that was listed due to traveling. This is where Broadus comes in, we went down to Walhalla one weekend to meet up with him as we got matched on Zillow, and he took the bull by the horns. He set us up with automatic emails for homes in our certain criteria so we were on top of all new listing, not only that but he would also go look at houses for us to check them out before we decide to make a trip back over. He had done that several times for us and has saved us many hours of driving. This whole process took us about 6 months until we found the home we wanted. We are very picky and Broadus did nothing but encourage us to stay picky and never pushed us on anything. We walked roughly 20 homes and every home without fail, Broadus would pull out his notes and ask “okay what didn’t you like…” or he would even point out things to us that we didn’t notice. This helped with narrowing things down into wants and needs. Being transports to SC we didn’t have much knowledge about anything, and over these 6 months we have learned so much about the area and State just from Broadus talking to us. We now feel comfortable with mortgage, home owners insurance, how much to offer on a property, the school district, every first time home buyer worries vanished pretty quickly working with Broadus. Communication is a 100 Star for sure. I would text Broadus at all hours of the day (although I’m sure he’s watching football) he still answers promptly, and if you ask a question that he is unsure of, he will find the answer for you. We have built such a great relationship with Broadus through this whole process and we are looking forward to inviting him and his wife over for some summer grilling when it gets warmer out. Great company with great friendly workers. Could not not have asked for more. Thank you sir
