We have purchased three other homes with different realtors in the past and I will NEVER use a different realtor again!!! Jody made both buying and selling homes easy, thorough, and enjoyable! Experiencia fantástica: This was the second time I have worked with Jody Nutting. The first time was about 6 years ago, when she helped my parent sell a house in Standish. At that time, we had never met Jody, but she came recommended by a friend. She exceeded all of our expectations; it was a really smooth transaction with a very favorable outcome. Most recently, an elderly aunt needed to sell her house quickly after a sudden diagnosis of dementia. It was a stressful situation, until I called Jody. Jody took care of everything related to getting the house ready for sale, which allowed me to focus on my aunt. We set up a meeting where she truly listened to our wants and needs, and explained the whole process as we were first time home buyers. She brought the buyer to the table for my large oceanfront home completely out of the blue, before I had even taken action on listing it. I live out of state and she handled everything for the transaction, including many things I would never have consider her problem (I don't want to detail it all here as not to oblige her to do the same in the future, because it was really too much).
