Experiencia fantástica: The water was surprising warm!

Experiencia fantástica: Supportive, professional, reliable and kind! Everyone, especially MARTHA, was wonderful to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: I am.a homeowner at Higgibs Beach. The entire team is outstanding, and always go well beyond what is asked of them. From the rental team, to the people who do the heavy lifting, I've always had the kindest, most helpful people respond to my needs. I've gotten to know Martha, who is a recent addition to the team. She is a hard and willing worker...and her photos on the FB page add wonderful and fun touch to the marketing. She really captures the spirit of the community!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough wonderful things about Martha. She is incredibly hardworking, dependable, and truly community-minded in everything she does. Her creativity and artistic talent shine through in such meaningful ways—whether she’s volunteering her time to do face painting for community events or using her skills to bring people together. The Facebook page she created has been such a valuable resource for our beach community, helping neighbors connect, share information, and support one another. What stands out most is her willingness to step up and contribute wherever she’s needed, always with enthusiasm and generosity.

Experiencia fantástica: As a homeowner who used HBM.com for rentals in the past, I had nothing but positive experiences . I admire how they continue to expand their staff to include motivated, young people who implement fresh ideas ( case in point : Martha establishing the new HB Community group on social media) . It was nice to see the post about Tim O’Brien and I look forward to seeing more!

Experiencia fantástica: We love summer in Maine, so booking the right place for our family getaway is crucial. I stumbled upon the folks at Higgins Beach Maine and got hooked up with Martha. And wow, Martha was very helpful about rental questions I had, was able to find us the best property for our needs, and was always responsive. Definitely will be coming back for another summer!

Experiencia fantástica: We had such a special time with family and friends but always too short!! We wanted to share that Ellen was so kind to us and gave us so many recommendations of local places to see! She was so helpful!

Experiencia fantástica: We were so happy to rent at Higgins Beach! Even though it was short, we had the best time! Ellen went above and beyond for our family, giving us recommendations to the best local places. She was always pleasant and kind (as I had many questions). She is truly the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding rental experience in Higgins Beach at a beautiful coastal cottage that had everything my family needed to make it feel like a true home! Rental is clean, up-to-date, and cozy, and the rental team is incredibly responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful week’s vacation at Higgins Beach. The rental home was perfect for our family. It was well stocked with all the kitchenware and utensils that I needed for making meals, which I really appreciated. The house was clean, bright and a short walk to the beach. I will recommend using HigginsBeachMaine to friends.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and responsive team. Always put our needs first to ensure a hassle-free vacation

Experiencia fantástica: This property management company has been a delight to rent from. They are responsive, efficient and courteous.

Experiencia fantástica: Kevin has been super responsive and helpful during our entire rental process. We have appreciated his timely responses and have enjoyed our years renting here and hope the next renters of our place enjoy watching the local wildlife as much as we do!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent customer service. The entire team is professional and easy to work with. We have enjoyed all of the properties we have rented through HigginsBeachMaine.

Experiencia fantástica: They are the best. Especially Ellen Jenison, a lovely accommodating person. Very quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: We spent the winter at a Higgins Beach cottage and had a wonderful experience with the entire team. They were responsive with the few issues that popped up during our extended stay (regular housing maintenance issues - absolutely no fault of the team or owner). The team's communication was excellent, sticking to the times they said they'd arrive and wrapping when they said they'd be finished. Through several major winter storms that caused extensive flooding, the Higgins Beach Rental team made sure we felt supported through the inclement weather. I couldn't ask for a better rental experience - the gorgeous beach a stone's throw away didn't hurt either :). I'll absolutely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: We have stayed at several Higgins Beach Maine cottages over the years and have yet to have a negative experience. The team is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They are very responsive if/when there is an issue. The cottages are extremely clean and well taken care of - instructions about different properties always clear and easy to understand. I'd never rent with anyone else!

Experiencia fantástica: - Within 20 minutes of our arrival, a team member checked in on us to ensure that we were settling in OK, and that everything was in working order. - The team member was friendly, professional, and efficient. - The cottage was immaculate, and all appliances were in working order. We had no problems with anything at the cottage during the entire length of our stays. - Although Badger Cottage is modest in size, the beautiful sky and water views more than compensates. - The grounds were mowed and well maintained. There is plenty of outdoor seating. There is a patio with a grill, and a fire pit for chilly summer evenings - The cottage is very private, as it is located on the edge of woodlands and the marsh. - These natural boundaries of the cottage give the gift of early morning harmonizing of seabirds and songbirds. - Badger is a unique and wonderful summer rental. We absolutely will rent there again.

Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful time!! Quick turn around time on our request and responsive staff. House was great -- We walked to the beach to watch the surfers every day. It was a lovely stay

Experiencia fantástica: Scott and Sunny and their rentals team (Ellen, Kevin and Kelly) do a great job taking care of our ocean front property.

Experiencia fantástica: We stayed and the Summerwind for a week. The house was beautiful it had everything we needed. Well Stocked close to the beach. Parking was great. Even though the weather wasn’t great the house itself was a vacation. The communication was great and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Can’t wait to check out another house for next year!

Experiencia fantástica: Higgins Beach Rentals has done a very good job managing our rental property, especially over the past couple of years when several of our Canadian tenants were unable to enter the country. They were able to find locals who wanted to "staycation" for the empty weeks, so we didn't loose too much income due to the pandemic. Great folks to work with.

Whether it’s summer weeks or the all important winter rental, we have had great tenants and a great experience. Experiencia fantástica: Higgins Beach Realty is a first class organization that is a real partner with my family and the quests that rent our property. We are very satisfied with the service we have gotten for many years.

Experiencia fantástica: My entire family reunited after 2 years, in a beautiful rented home on Higgins Beach, thanks to the rental team of HIgginsBeachMaine.com. Our Thanksgiving was magical. The house was immaculate and well appointed, and moving in and out was effortless. The fireplace did not function which was slightly disappointing for a winter rental. But helpful attempts were made by the rental company to fix it. We look forward to returning to the property next year, and working again with the welcoming team at HigginsBeachMaine.com. A. Martin

Experiencia fantástica: We are so fortunate to have a such a talented company with high integrity renting and selling at Higgins.

Experiencia fantástica: Great to work with, always try to exceed expectations! Thank you for many enjoyable summers!

They were kind and friendly and prepared to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Experiencia fantástica: My family has rented a few different beach houses over the past decade with HigginsBeachMaine.com and they've been great to deal with every time. Experiencia fantástica: Leveraging Higginsbeachmaine.com and the Scott and Sunny team has been first class. From start to finish each year we know we are in the best hands and that our family can be guaranteed a relaxing vacation with a reliable experience. After 28 years of amazing vacations at Higgins Beach I can honestly say it starts and ends with working with this team. Can’t wait for Summer 2021!

Experiencia fantástica: This was a great place for our winter rental. My dog Daisy and I enjoyed it immensely. The community down here was the best. The beach is beautiful for winter rentals October to May. Dog lovers, you won’t find a better place. The support and responsiveness from rental folks, Ellen, Emma, Drew, and the rest of HigginsBeachMaine crew was incredible. If there was a problem, they answered and took care of it immediately. The cottage is sweet, cozy, and 50ft from the beach. You will love it!
