While there was only one house we wanted, the purchase side of the transaction wasn’t smooth and that was no fault of Rachel. Even with the unnecessary issues, Rachel was on top of everything and did whatever she could and had whatever conversations she needed to in order to ensure the transaction moved forward. When it came to selling, we had never sold a house before so she was patient with me and understanding of all my questions. She handled the craziness of our popular listing with grace and had my back all the way. While 2020 was a dumpster fire, we have gained a friend through this process and I am so thankful for that!
