Experiencia fantástica: Choosing Sierra at The NorCal Life Real Estate to sell our home was the best decision we could have made! She prepared us every step of the way, making what could have been a difficult process feel remarkably smooth. From our initial meeting to handing over the keys, she guided us on everything—including how to prep and pack so our house showed beautifully. Professional, personable, and hardworking, she genuinely goes above and beyond. We’re so grateful for her representation!

Experiencia fantástica: Sierra, with NorCal Life Real Estate Group, tenaciously promoted our property during a challenging real estate market and offered practical solutions to finalize the sale.

Experiencia fantástica: We had the pleasure of working with Sierra Haskins in the selling of our loved ones home who had passed on. Our emotions were high and the details were complicated. Sierra was beyond knowledgeable, professional, calm and always with a smile and helped us every step of the way. Sierra went above and beyond to facilitate the process. Her networking with other professionals to get the sell of the home on the market was solid! Even after the sell of the home, she checked up to see how we were doing and to get us trailing mail that did not get forwarded. Without a doubt I would utilize her and her team to represent us anywhere in the real estate world!!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this business. Sierra has a wealth of knowledge and knows how to get things done right the first time. Very professional, as well as being caring and insightful. A joy to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an amazing experience working with Monica Martinez while buying our first home. From the very beginning, Monica was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home for our family. You can truly tell that she loves helping people and wants her clients to be happy and confident with whatever decision they make. Monica always kept us informed throughout the entire process, explaining every step clearly and making sure we understood what to expect. As first time homebuyers, that guidance meant so much to us. She also had an incredible network of resources that made the home buying process much smoother and less stressful. My husband and I both have busy work schedules and children, and Monica was always willing to go the extra mile to help accommodate our needs. Her communication, patience, and dedication made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and manageable. We are forever grateful for everything Monica did for our family and for helping us achieve our dream of homeownership. We would highly recommend Monica Martinez to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is truly outstanding, and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor to guide us through such an important milestone in our lives. Thank you, Monica, for making our first home buying experience such a positive and memorable one!

Experiencia fantástica: Sierra and Denise are amazing!  From start to finish on a purchase of our new home, everything was explained well, handled professionally and with care.  As someone who likes to understand everything, I asked a million questions and they were all answered timely and efficiently and I was never made to feel like I was asking too much.  The timeline provided was constantly kept up to date and we were kept apprised of every detail.  Being able to handle almost all document signing online was extremely convenient and as people that work 12 hour shifts, we were able to handle almost every question through text which was a godsend!  All of the appointments for inspections were scheduled quickly and the entire process for us was less than 30 days which was amazing. Selling my previous house with Sierra was also a breeze!  I didn't have to worry about ANYTHING!  She did the advertising, the open houses, the communication with the buyers and the inspections. I cannot express how highly I would recommend this company for any and all real estate transactions you have.  You're not just getting a company, you are getting a real down to earth person that understands you, listens to you and helps with a personal touch that makes you feel like a friend.  If I could give 100 star I would, but alas I will have to settle for 5/5!

Experiencia fantástica: I say without reservation, this real estate group is BY FAR the most honest, professional, and compassionate team I have ever worked . Sierra is amazing, liberally, she answered all questions before, during, and after the sake of our Chico home. They are legit, kind, and fair. Made this grueling process cakewalk..-Jarrod and Zoe Elshafie

We put all our trust in her and she did not disappoint. She also went over numbers and options for us … taking the time to walk us through her professional opinions and never putting any pressure on us ! I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. Experiencia fantástica: In a word, Excellent! We would give Sierra and her team 10 stars. . Sierra and her team went above and beyond, looking for and ultimately finding our new home. She made the process of purchasing a home from afar smooth and provided all the information to make us comfortable with the decision. Sierra provided a great knowledge of the area. Experiencia fantástica: We’d give 10 stars if we could! Sierra and Andrew are an excellent team that give you 100 percent of their time and effort. Our sale was a particularly difficult one but they remained positive and supportive throughout the year-long process. Added on to that was a wildfire raging not far from the house! Experiencia fantástica: Sierra proved to be an excellent realtor for us - selling and completing the sale of our former home in Linda, CA within a short span of time. At the start, it was hard to imagine that selling at this time was a good idea considering the market and location - however to our delight, from the day of the first showing up to the day of the completion of the sale only took less than 3 weeks...unbelievable!!! Sierra is a dynamic, proactive, experienced and positive person ... a gift to anyone looking for an trustworthy agent!!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is from Phyllis Billings, I was so pleased that Sierra took care of me thru the process of marketing and selling the house. She made it trouble free and it went fast. A very caring lady and a real estate professional. I give her 15 stars out of 10!

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a realtor up north in Biggs, California as I did not know any in that area. I googled realtors in that area and Sierra‘s profile came up. I decided to give her a call and man am I glad I did. Sierra has been nothing but excellent. I was looking to buy a home for my younger daughter and from the get-go Sierra took over and constantly was sending me information that I needed to make a decision on a property, needless to say we were able to find a home. Everything was so easy and simple Sierra took care of everything. Sierra did such a great job. I decided to try Her again we bought a home for my oldest daughter, and that went even smoother than the first one once again Sierra handle everything from start to finish a true Leader, I must say well everything went so well with the second house We decided to try it again Sierra once again, took over the reins and help us buy our third house we just closed on it. My wife is so happy that she has found her Dreamhouse next to our children. Sierra did all the work again and took care of all the issues that needed to be addressed before finalizing the deal. We are 10 minutes from our daughters and couldn’t be more pleased, I look forward to working with Sierra in the future, she is truly one of a kind. Experiencia fantástica: I can not express how much my family and I appreciate Sierra Haskins and her team with the sale of our family home. They went above and beyond what was expected to make the process easier for us. I was truly impressed with how quickly our house sold. I am forever grateful to NorCal Life Real Estate Group for they're patience and understanding. Thank you Sierra for everything you do for your clients.

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional people. Need i say more? Ok then, i will. From the outset Sierra- the agent- established herself as an unpretentious professional who put my needs first and the goals i was hoping to achieve. She was very patient as i had to navigate obstacles particular to being a power of attorney re: real estate transactions. I don't think i could have done better then having her in my behalf, in fact I'm pretty sure of it. She and her husband would always go the extra mile for me and i cant thank them enough because they brought me across the finishing line - a line i thought had become a mirage. Whether it was in deciding what was best for me, or providing convenience features of the 'dumpster', both were there doing the gritty work on the final day in my former home - sweeping the garage or bagging personal items - to make that goal attainable. If i had to do it all over again, id do it with them. A great agent team, to be sure, where experience and sensitivity can turn a bad situation into something golden. Joe D

Experiencia fantástica: Most amazing Agents. They were all over our sale. Kept use informed about everything and helped us with all our questions. Not only that, They were great neighbors. Hire them.

Experiencia fantástica: Sierra and Andrew were a wonderful reality team to work with! I bought my house without physically seeing it via Sierra walking me through the house on FaceTime! Any questions I had were quickly answered via text. They are trustworthy and honest. They’re just the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Sierra and Andrew were tremendous to work with in purchasing our Chico home! They were extremely responsive, no matter what time of day, and walked us through the process seamlessly so we were able to close ahead of scheduled date. With my rigorous travel schedule, they kept me organized no matter where I was within the US. Post sale, they recommended A+ contractors and hauled away all of our broken down boxes and more. I highly recommend them and I will use them again as I continue to buy/sell in Butte county!

Experiencia fantástica: This is our first time buying a home and I have to say, this was the most amazing experience we had thanks to Sierra Haskins and Andrew Haskins. They did not let us down and were very helpful, kind and communicative. They always were available to answer any questions we had and kept us updated with the purchase of our home. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Sierra and Andrew to anyone looking for genuine realtors! As an out of area buyer, I was initially worried about the challenges of buying a home remotely. However, Sierra made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From the first phone call, Sierra took the time to truly understand my needs and preferences. She went above and beyond to provide detailed information about each property we considered, including virtual tours and additional photos. They were professional, flexible, informative, always available, kind, and creative with buying options. They made the process of buying a home fun and stress free. They had answers to all of our questions and concerns. This is the forth home we have purchased in our lifetime and I have to say our experience with NorCal Life Real Estate Group really was the best. I would recommend this team 100%.

Experiencia fantástica: Sierra was absolutely amazing went over and beyond for us appreciate her very much thank you for all your guys's help

Experiencia fantástica: When we began looking for property, we weren’t quite sure what we are looking for, but we contacted Sierra Haskins, and she took the time to get to know us on a personal level, helping us through each transitional phase, walked us through each property until we found what we are looking for not once but thru 4 land purchases. She made herself available day and night and was always courteous professional and on point. Sincerely Richard Hefner and Jennifer Huddleston Magalia CA

Experiencia fantástica: Words cannot describe the joy, gratitude and just all around satisfaction that I experienced with Sierra and her team!! I am recently divorced and needed to shop for a small home. Sierra took the time to find out about me, my story and exactly what I was looking for! She was so patient, thorough and understanding through the entire process! I finally found the perfect little gem for me and my kiddos! When we went to title she found out the title company was overcharging and SHE went to get the check and brought it to me! She fought for what was right…. I was overjoyed! Even after closing, she has followed up with me more than a few times to check in and make sure everything is going well!! She is pro-military and pro-police! Having both within her immediate family, she understands the importance of family, honesty and being true to who you are! Thank you Sierra for being the absolute best voice in realtors!!! You will be my forever go-to realtor!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Sierra was absolutely amazing in every way! Selling a home is never easy, but she made the process seamless. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. And to make it even better, after we moved out of the house, she handled all the cleaning of the house so we aren't left with that responbility. Sierra goes above and beyond as a realtor. We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. She truly cares about her clients.

Experiencia fantástica: We have moved so many times in 58 years of marriage (over 20) and we have never had such a great experience as we’ve had with Sierra! She has been on top of everything! She recited a schedule of helpers/workers and dates who were involved in issues that came up during the selling process without having notes to look at! We were so happy with our experience and highly recommend her as a great real estate agent!

Experiencia fantástica: Buying a house?! You're going to need her help! Awesome person to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I had such a good experience using Sierra as our realtor. She was helpful and positive, very easy to stay in touch with, and accommodating, all the way from our first walk-through with her until even yesterday on the phone when I had a question about something that came up more than a month after our move. Of course, our house sold, and very quickly! with advice and hard work from Sierra. She also sold a house for some friends of ours not long after selling ours and they were super pleased with the job she did for them, too. I might also add that she was respectful of our religious beliefs about not showing our property on the Lord's Sabbath, Friday sundown to Saturday sundown. That is the busiest time for real estate in my experience, but it did not faze Sierra. She honored our request and we both, my husband and I, cherish her (and her Transaction Coordinator, who is a fantastic cameraman and did our property more than justice) for that. Thank you, Sierra.

Experiencia fantástica: Sierra did a great job, did not rush me on my decisions. When I found the house she did her best to close it and get me in as soon as she could, Even though there was many obstacles.

Experiencia fantástica: 10 stars wouldn’t be enough for this wonderful realtor! The amount of determination she has for her buyers/sellers is above the “standard” for agents. Sierra is devoted and went above and beyond for our family when we were faced with a few hiccups with our sellers escrow company and sellers agent. (which was a nightmare) She never stopped communicating and was very open in letting us know when she was available/ busy at showings/personal time! We found our forever agent in Sierra, she made this this process a beautiful memory. We were not expecting to be cared for like this and she made us feel like her children were buying their first house. I feel blessed to have met her and have had her help my family buy our home!

Experiencia fantástica: Sierra went the extra mile. She is kind, communicative and truly cares about her clients. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I had never purchased a home before and to be honest, I was a bit clueless. I knew Sierra through law enforcement and was immediately attracted to her positive energy and drive to do and be better. I reached out to Sierra and she advised me of the first steps to take in the process. She told me that we could go look at as many homes as I wanted, but there was zero pressure from her and that was absolutely the truth. It took a bit of time, but when I was ready, she was right there to take me around to view homes. As soon as I found the home I was looking for, that night (even though it had gotten late), she put in my offer but also made sure that I understood everything that I was agreeing to and signing. Throughout the process, Sierra was always there to answer questions either via text, email or phone call and provided consistent updates. I received all of my documents via e-signing which was super convenient. She never let me sign anything without making sure I understood it first. Sierra kept me up to date every step of the way and I could not be more grateful. Even as issues arose, she dealt with the listing agent and I didn't have to do a thing. Sierra is professional, kind, funny and truly only wants the best of her clients. I would highly recommend Sierra to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never in my 64 years worked with someone as professional as Sierra Yeager, Her work ethic is impeccable, she knows the local market and is so easy to talk to. I highly recommend Sierra!!

Experiencia fantástica: Sierra is just awesome. She is very knowledgeable in the entire home buying process. She went the extra mile because she continuously followed up with our lender and escrow so that everything went smoothly and closed on time. This was my first real estate transaction, and Sierra made the whole process so much easier. We are very fortunate to have her as our realtor and would highly recommend her.
