Joe was extremely patient as we looked at tons and tons of homes and had great suggestions for what areas would suit our family’s needs. He was also extremely helpful through the closing on our home (the worst/most confusing part of buying a house), and was extremely knowledgeable of the whole process. His staging specialist came to coach us on staging our home and the photos turned out amazing. They really showcased our home's size and features. Most people base their first impression on the photos alone, so his photos were so valuable! He also has a great knowledge of the market, and what the sale price of the house should be. We have seen houses in that same neighborhood get sold quickly far below market value, losing equity, and we've seen other homes get listed way too high and sit on the market with no interest. Joe's feel for the market value was a perfect balance of our timing to sell and getting the most for our house. Joe also handled the closing and kept all the moving pieces in order. Experiencia fantástica: When you go to meet with an realtor, at first you always have the same expectations - that he/she is there for the commission, and that you probably will never hear back from them. Well, Sam is totally the opposite. He is an amazing realtor and a friend. When we met with him for the first time, he wanted some information like what we really NEED in a house, what is WANTED and what AREA we were looking for. From there we were able to create like search criteria, and not only that Sam will call on any house for you, not only on the web but if you see something on the streets while driving. He will actually call right away for you and get all the necessary info, and call you back pretty much the same day. Sam is really knowledgeable about the laws and the whole procedure of buying a home. He is not scared of asking what you want and demand it for you. The best part is that you can contact him at any time of the day and if you say:" I want to see this house tomorrow", he will respond with: "Is 9am ok for you, and do you want me to come get you and drive you to there?" Sam is always prepared and have done all the research that we actually were supposed to do and was ready for us to tour the houses and give us his professional opinion when we asked him. After we bought our house, Sam didn't stop there. He was checking on us pretty much every other week asking if we like the house and if there is something else that needs to be checked on with the seller and if they have missed something they promised to fix or do. I mean, you don't just get a realtor with Sam, you earn a FRIEND for life.
