At first we were a little hesitant to go with a realtor and thought we'd try our hand at selling by owner, and boy were we wrong! The PEAK team has everything very well organized and completely buttoned up, and walked us step by step through the entire process of selling, taking the unknowns and guesswork out of everything. Met Ann during an open house back in 2016. After our initial conversation we immediately fired our current realtor who regarded us as mere cattle to be herded towards a large commission for herself. It became immediately clear that Ann was a consummate professional and would leverage her years of experience and specialized Delmartian insight to find us the home we were looking for. Leah always had a sense of urgency and acted fast to get things moving. Often I knew about a house hitting the market before it was even listed. She answers phone calls, messages and emails almost immediately and you always know what's going on in the process. Her negotiating skills may be her best quality. In an area where there may be multiple offers and people sometimes pay MORE than asking price, Leah was able to close the deal at $15,000 less in a matter of a few hours. I always knew she had my best interest in mind and would do whatever she could to help. I've referred her to many people who have also been extremely happy with what she has done for them. She makes the sometimes grueling task of house hunting enjoyable and fun. And, we will be using her for our home sales and purchase this year!
