My story is a bit unusual , I had the job of Executor on my mother's Estate live on the opposite side of the country. I picked Michael by his Google reviews and location near the property I intended to sell. Michael was able to put me in touch with a professional organizer to sort through all the belongings , distribute wanted items to beneficiaries. His contacts made it possible to get apprasials of antiques and jewelry so I could keep the division of the estate equal for the beneficiaries. He had contacts for a great Estate sale man and his crew that were able to clean out 2 barns on the property and salvage tons of stuff for the eventual estate sale of everything the Beneficiaries didn't want. The house needed alot of work and was being sold as is but he was able to give contacts for an economical house washer to improve the curbside appeal also. Michael gave me so much help and support through a very difficult time before I ever signed a contract with him. He talked and texted as I navigated a very difficult task. He even sent hand written notes of encouragement during the whole ordeal. This man Michael Keefrider truely cares about his clients. Yes he does get his commission but I can't imagine another realtor going to the lengths Michael Keefrider did to help me and this was not a huge expensive piece of real estate that he sold for my mother's estate. But when Mike called me the following morning after we sent out an internet inquiry for a realtor my wife and I got off the phone with Mike and i immediately said that’s the guy. My wife and I had listed the house one other time about three months prior. The house was listed for $625,000 which is what I wanted ultimately to get out of the sale. Experiencia fantástica: Where do we begin? Back in 1994 we bought our first home with Michael as our buyers agent. We were planning on a building our dream home and selling the “starter” home when our build was complete. Fast forward to 2022 - we were still happily in the starter home and now ready to sell and in a hurried fashion. We met again with Michael in the end of July and he walked us step by step into the process of selling as now, first time home sellers!
