She took every phone call, texted me back promptly, recommended a loan officer that could work quickly (who was also great!), soothed my nerves when needed, and found me the perfect home! We also learned that where we were told our property lines were surrounding our yard were incorrect.

Shawnna became like family and my kids always look forward to seeing her. She is punctual and is always where she says she will be when she's to be there. Even made evening and Sunday appointments for us!

Experiencia negativa: I’m a licensed realtor from Alton. I drove to Marion to show my best friend house. I have called this agent for two days wanting to show one of her listings....sure she said. I needed a code. Asked for two days and could not get it or get in. Called and called. Waited for her to respond. Would not take my calls. The most UNPROFESSIONAL agent I have ever dealt with in 18 years of doing business.
