We loved having the house listed as coming soon to attract as many buys as we could to do all the showings in one weekend. It attracted about 18 showings bringing in multiple offers over our asking price. We took Fred’s advice about pricing our home and I believe that is what attracted the buys. We accepted an offer from that first weekend of showings and didn’t have to show the house again. We were able to close about 30 days after.
