It was such a great experience that we decided to also use his services when selling another family member’s home. I definitely appreciated how Javier took ownership of issues beyond our control (that weren’t any fault of ours or his) that came up and made it right. When the notary went to the incorrect location, he went above and beyond to expedite a different notary two hours away to ensure that we closed on time. When selling our family member’s home the sellers original financing company didn’t work out due to the mortgage company restrictions, Javier stepped in, took ownership and recommended a different financial institution to the buyers with minimal delay to the closing. These types of examples are things that my husband and I really appreciate and unfortunately don’t see as often as we’d like. He was always available by any contact; email, phone, text with answers to our questions right away with accuracy and helpful information. He was a wealth of information. When we made an offer on the property, he understood all of the idiosyncrasies of the community and made sure that all the T's were crossed and all the I's were dotted. Unfortunately, after we were under contract, we ran into more than a few major problems with the condition of the property.
