Experiencia negativa: We bought a house on August 2024 and it was a big mistake!!! Unified Home Builders LLC & Worldwide Alliance LLC make poorly made houses. The quality is very bad and to be honest, I don’t even know how those houses can pass on the inspections. Besides of construction problems, they use cheap materials and the finishing is terrible. If you don’t want to have headaches, don’t purchase any home from them. Since we bought the house, we are dealing with so many problems and we don’t have peace because it is always something going on with the house. It’s our first home and they turned our dream into a nightmare. We had to deal with a bad leak that was inside the wall. It was leaking the entire time since we moved, but we did not know because it was inside the wall. We only realized that something was not right because we were getting mold every day in the master shower and our daughter started to have respiratory issues. With months dealing with this situation, mold inspection and tests, we had to leave our home for a week for them to do a mold treatment. We were without being able to use our master shower for a long time. The worst part was my daughter being diagnosed with asthma. She is a kid and should not have to deal with all of this. After this, we had other issues that they had to come to fix and we started to get water inside the garage after raining days. It was terrible. It would form puddles in front of the garage and the water would get inside of it. They came to fix it and we are still getting the puddles. The driveway concrete is in the same level as the grass. They did not dig enough to make a good water escape. They sent a supervisor and he said that what is causing it is the gutters we installed, but it was like that before we installed the gutters. He did that to don’t take responsibility of it. Do yourself a favor and be away from those dishonest people and don’t make the same mistake of buying a house from them. I don’t know how they can sleep at night knowing all the damage they cause to others.

Experiencia negativa: This company is fully of liars and thieves. I complained about a tree they left leaning on a property they built, but Paul Fletcher swore it would never fall. Just a few months later, I'm starting at the tree as it lies in my yard.

Experiencia fantástica: I've worked with many builders and Worldcorp did a great job. Great communication, and finished up the home on time. Their Supervisor Johnathan did a great job on the final walkthrough and has addressed the couple small things we found quickly.

ONCE YOU SIGN YOUR NAME ON THE CONTRACT, THE STAFF WILL TREAT YOU POORLY AND AVOID ALL EFFORTS TO REPAIR ANY DAMAGES !!!! I BROUGHT MY HOUSE IN MARCH 2024 AND IT'S APRIL 2025 IN MARION OAKS LOCATED IN OCALA FLORIDA. MY HOUSE STILL NOT DONE GETTING REPAIRED !!! Stucco repair, needs painting, structural damages .....unprofessionalism and very rude attitudes toward people of color.Ignore phone calls, LIES AND MORE LIES ALL MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AND I HAVE PROOF I WILL LIST THE BUILDING INSPECTOR BECAUSE SOMETHING SHADY IS HAPPENING IN OCALA FLORIDA THERE IS NO WAY MY HOUSE SHOULD HAVE PASSED CODE PERIOD !!!!!!!! ALL CHEAP COUNTERTOPS AND CABINETS CHECK YOUR HOUSE TWICE !!! EVERYBODY IN THAT OFFICE I DEALT WITH AND ALL OF THEIR CONTRACTORS WORK FOR THEM SO DEFINITELY THEY FIND THE CHEAPEST MATERIALS & LABORERS ....NOT LICENSED TO WORK !!!! IF YOU NEED PROOF OR HAVE PROBLEMS CONTACT ME !!!!! THIS IS A FORM OF RACISM TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS !!!! Definitely we need to file a class action suit against Worldwide Alliance LLC and Unified Builders LLC

Experiencia positiva: I bought a house from them a year ago. I am a first time home buyer and I will say Dana was very proffesional and patient with me as I fumbled around to get everything that was required. The home quality I would rate 7/10. When I did my final walk through one of the sinks was leaking, which was fixed same day. We called them back after moving it for minor issues and paint. I give them a 7 out of 10 because the homes are cookie cutter quick homes. Like 1 layer of paint vs 3 layers. I went in the attic to inspect some behind the scenes craftsmenship and again I would rate it a 7 out of 10. Slightly sloppy, but within code. After a year and 4 months, the home is fine, no issues. I check for leaks when it rains heavily a couple times a year but no issues. The carpet is cheap, which they literally told me it was before buying so I have no complaints. All in all, I had a decent experience with them. I bought my house cheap and for a good rate. I would rate the entire experience 7 out of 10. Edit: It's been 4 years now. Had to spend 1200 because of a leak with the ac unit, but that may be more related to the ac company. No other complaints yet.

Experiencia positiva: The design aspect is so outdated. The classic model needs revamping. Instead of a window in the kitchen, the fridge and pantry should go on that side. Leaving the dishwasher and sink on the otherside. This can now be a peninsula/ island open concept and have the home feel bigger. If you are buying with small children you can't see them from the kitchen. Most people today want an open concept. The price point is great however.

Experiencia negativa: Purchased home remotely less than a year ago. Finishing details quite shoddy and sloppy. They were in an obvious rush to close. Trying to get the warranty folks to respond to construction issues has been nearly impossible. Would not recommend purchasing a home from these folks, spend your hard earned money with elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: We bought our home from world Corp. about five years ago and not only are we having paint problems peeling the sidewalk is now cracking and we’re having electrical problems, every time we turn around we have to go out into the garage and reset the breaker because they’re always constantly popping all the time. We’ve called people to come out and check it out and they said it was nothing. We just need to replace the GFI‘s with better equipment. Then the carpet is so cheap. It started raveling from vacuuming, and when I called to report it the guy told me he said your dog did it and said that I was trying to get it fixed for free when the dog did it , I have two full grown pitbull‘s if they were going to chew the carpet, there wouldn’t be any carpet left in this living room at all. Anyway, the guy never did show up to come fix it so lesson learned do not buy a house from unified builders or world Corp.

Experiencia positiva: Took them a while to respond to us. They were polite. You need to make a combined income of $60,000 to work with them. I get it. But they at least were polite. Wish they would have been upfront on the website and responded a bit quicker.

Experiencia positiva: The house is beautiful and have lived in it 4 years now !! The cabinets and the appliances are just plain junk even the upgrades do not waste your money on them ! Whoever put are cabinets in split wood door show lines crown mold falls off. With just little more workmanship these home could be the best . Sad

This company is beyond frugal, it will cut any corner at the homeowners expense and lie to you to your face. In this competitive market, trust is the most important quality, and this company exhibits none.

Experiencia negativa: Bought a home From WorldCorp in 2015. As the time went on we noticed how many band-aid fixes they did. We already had to replace the roof in 2017. One of my AC units were installed improperly, costing us over $5000 to fix ONE unit. We've had plumbing issues and poorly done installations. I would never suggest anyone to purchase from WorldCorp. Not to mention windows were broken and cost us a ton to replace all the windows because none of them properly closed. When doing walk through everything looked nice. But you really need to check. As a first time home buyer I've definitely learned what to look for.

Experiencia negativa: I made the mistake of buying a home from in them in 2018 ,it’s poor quality as soon as we got the keys we came to the house and notice that white thing where the gutters go on top of was broken and rusty like I ignored it and walked in to patch work every where half the house wasn’t painted inside when I called the response I got was we left a can of paint in the garage . 6 months after closing garage door stoped working , ac broke , non of the light switches work nor outlets a year later all our clothes and cloth furniture start catching mold , we notice are neighbors down the road put their same house on sell when we ask it was basically the same issues we where having, never again, go with triple crown or Marco Polo we will never uses these builders again

We get to the lots and it’s pie shaped and the elevation issues, leveling the ground issues and also NO place for the water to drain so we would have experienced issues down the road. This builder poorly makes his houses. Contracts out to people who do a poor job and NOT ONLY that once this information is made aware to them they try and cover things up. Still waiting on our deposit before we seek an attorney for the flat our disrespect not just for my husband who is military, but for any person who is VA and a builder refuses to give your deposit back due to complete greed!!! Oh Mr Paul Fletcher you have not heard the last from me! You best do the right thing or face us in court and also on the tv stations. Call me back like you said you would do!!!!

Experiencia negativa: They built a house next to me, to re out all the trees along with part of my yard. Promised to fill in theirs & fix mine when done. Never happened, and they covered up all the holes without leveling the yard. I'd be careful walking in that yard, not to sprain an ankle. If they cut corners on the yard, hate to see what they did, or didn't do, inside. Would never buy a house from these people.

They went above and beyond to get me and my family in our home before Christmas. Buying a home is NEVER easy but they made the process an enjoyable one despite of some speed bumps here and there. When we first met Mr. Paul he took us around to several available lots to see. He was very informative and really took the time to answer any questions we had. We really appreciated him! He is just an awesome person to know! When we first met Dana we were very impressed on all the information that we needed to know about the financing of our future home. It was all very overwhelming! She always kept us very well informed with anything that was needed for our loan. Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely loved working with Dana all of the folks at World Corp Realty. I am trying to figure out how people can give this business a 1 star rating. We paid the $500, did everything on the list, and closed on our house in less than a year! They were very upfront with what the process entailed and the list of "to-dos" was very simple and straightforward. We followed the guidelines and were approved to start looking for a home 5 months after the first appointment! They found us a home with 9/10 of the things we wanted, which was so much better than I thought they could do for us! We moved into the house 8 months after the first phone call and my credit has never been better! Life has never been more comfortable! If you are thinking "someday we will buy a home!" do yourself a favor and give this place a try NOW! If you follow the steps, you will be a homeowner!

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend to anyone, we paid them 500.00 for them to do nothing but pull our credit over and over again and tell us it was exactly the same, After we refinanced the car and paid it off, and did everything else they "told" us to do. Then once I called back asking why its been 2 years and they tell us nothing has changed the "Manager" yelled at me saying we didn't listen to a word she said and literally yelled at me saying there was no refunds after all I did was ask a simple question and be as calm as I could. So not only did they steal money from us they were absolutely useless. Good thing there are good realtors around that are willing to help and get us a loan to buy a home.
