Experiencia fantástica: This was our second time (three transactions) working with Stephanie and Nicole and we once again couldn't be happier. These tenacious ladies go all in for their clients from start to finish. Not just negotiating offers (although they could go a few rounds with a young Tyson without breaking a sweat) but showing up the night before closing to help with the last of packing and cleanup and then arriving to the new house ahead of the movers to help mop floors and do prep. The whole time being constantly available to answer questions or tend to those of our buyer/sellers--nothing gets past them. With The Cathey Team leading the charge we closed on two properties before 11am on a Wednesday morning following a holiday Monday with our purchase closing exactly 3 weeks after going under contract. Additionally, we tend to be very thorough in our home viewing, spending more time in a potential purchase than most. Not once have Stephanie and Nicole made us feel rushed. If we need an hour to really get a feel for the space or check out different things that may concern us, they have never moved us along, instead they're right there with us looking up fixes on Google or laying in a sink cabinet to see if it's hot or cold water making a rattling noise. These ladies truly have your back in what is a massive life transaction. We couldn't have chosen better.
