Experiencia fantástica: Amanda helped us find a cottage on Lake Erie. It is a retreat for us from Hudson, for out-of-the-office working and away-from-home relaxing. My wife's and my work schedules didn't allow us to look together, but Amanda was happy to show us places separately. On the way to our final selection, Amanda helped us think through a variety of different options with different plusses and minuses, pointing out things we hadn't seen that should be kept in mind in our decision process. The place we chose had been on the market for some time. We worried about that long history without a buyer, but Amanda answered all our questions and assured us the comparable sales made this look like a good buy. We ended up giving the seller's reduced list price, with the seller covering a substantial chunk of the closing costs. Amanda helped us at each step to that point, in the search, in negotiations, and in finding three different inspectors (whole house, roof, and hillside erosion) far from Hudson. Then the bank's appraisal came in substantially ABOVE what we paid for the house. If you're looking in NE Ohio, Amanda is professional and personable. We are more than happy clients. We have become friends.
