Experiencia fantástica: I bought a home in Mentor on the Lake, Ohio in April 2024. There were unusual circumstances surrounding this purchase, one being I bought it unseen, (only the really nice photos on the Internet) and I was using a Realtor here in Ohio that the Lord had told me to use, HE has His reasons, He also directed me who to use to sell my home in Falcon, CO and that proved to be amazing. So of course, I knew He was gonna choose who to sell this home that has such great potential and is on two beautiful lots in Mentor on the Lake. I prayed on it for a while, was getting a bit impatient and then the Lord brought me to Michael, confirmation came in April of 2026 after actually dropping hints for a while, we connected, he was so kind, I’m sure he thought me odd from the get-go, but he never acted that way! Michael Kaim is honest, hard-working and kind. He listened and he heard me and then being the very busy man that he is, he oversaw the details of not one purchase since the first one fell through, not anything to do with our side, but the buyers agent on my property on first offer was less than honest and things didn’t work out. When stuff like that happens, you never know the reasons, but I can tell you one thing, Michael and his team were so professional. I honestly was never worried except for the fact that my feet were literally to the fire cause I had moved back to Colorado the day before the sale was supposed to close on June 28. We got a second buyer in short order, less than five days both times and this deal was so much SWEETER for me. My second buyer closed on the sale on August 26. (earlier than contract date) While Michael keeps watch over his business he also has an excellent transaction team in Patty and then Missy on the closing side. I have appreciated their excellence so very much! This team of Real Estate professionals I would highly recommend to buy or sell a property.

Michael and his family are just the kind of people that you very rarely run into in a lifetime. They are kind, caring and go far beyond what is needed to get the job done. And he did. My house was sold almost immediately. And he sold it to somebody that was going to be perfect for Occupying my home. It’s a perfect match. The process all the way through the beginning to the end was effortless on my part. Michael and his crew Took care of everything and help me through the process of selling this home. Sold at a great/fair price and sold very quickly (under contract in 4 days from listing and closed in a month after). Michael was fully engaged in communications/negotiations between buyer/seller and very informative to me in stuff I had no clue of. Created a lot of fairness and transparency. Michael was also super engaged and fully supported me in getting the property market ready and attractive to buyers (made himself available via text/phone always). Experiencia fantástica: I enlisted the help of Chris Mulqueen and the Kaim Team to help our family sell my mother's house after her passing. I had never sold a house before, so I needed a lot of step by step guidance. I asked friends and family about their experiences with realtors and Chris was described in very positive terms. Thinking back, I realized I had met Chris a few times when a friend moving to the area from the West Coast looked for a house. I was impressed by his knowledge and by his kindness in helping my friend through the process. He shares his experience in "bite sized" pieces as it becomes important, so I never felt overwhelmed. Chris patiently answered all of our questions too, even when we asked them the second or third time (There is a lot to think about, and there are a lot of emotions and family dynamics involved). Chris's best qualities include his empathy and concern for the people he works with. He delayed placing the house on the market when he saw we were exhausted and needed a little more time to get the house ready. Even a month after the sale Chris quickly responded to my question about utilities money withholding. I enjoyed working with Mr. Mulqueen and I think you will too. Chris was my realtor, but now I think of him as a friend.

He made up excuses about why the paperwork was not being signed while still showing this property . After finding someone offering more than me he contacted my realtor saying the sellers were going with another offer. No explanation or anything.

When I was ready to start looking I was told by numerous friends and family members that I should choose anyone on the Michael Kaim team. I knew they had a reputation of being one of the best teams in the business, but working with them far exceeded all my expectations. Eric was super down to earth and got to know me and what I was looking for. Within hours of talking to him he had sent me over 50 listings meeting my criteria. He got me in to look at homes as quickly as I wanted - which in this market is very important! I looked at a half dozen but nothing was jumping out at me until I saw a new listing hit the market from the notifications Eric set me up with. Within 24 hours of that house being on the market, Eric got me in to see it and when I saw it I knew we had to put in an offer right away. Eric helped me put in an offer that was competitive but also something I was comfortable with. We were able to get under contract and then Eric made sure he helped me through the whirlwind of the next few weeks before we closed. The whole Kaim team was incredible making sure I knew and had everything I needed. Experiencia fantástica: I had the very good fortune of meeting ms debbie hink with the michael kaim team. i had applied for a VA loan and she handled every detail superbly to include negotiating virtually everything from appliances to having the seller pay the closing costs. as i work in the area of construction sales and management, i cannot commend her enough for her diligence, patience and total understanding of the process to close the home thru the VA within 45 days. Kudos to debbie and i highly suggest asking for her to list , sell or negotiate the best deal to buy your first of fifteenth home. A true professional.

Experiencia negativa: Hired this team back in 2017. They offered a different approach (an auction) but it was simply a money making scheme for them and yielded absolutely no value. It destroyed equity we had and it’s basically a money making scheme. Trust Is central in business.

Experiencia negativa: This Team is the was the WORST decision I ever made! Do yourself a favor and pick literally any other agent to represent you. I worked with Michael and another agent on his team and neither of them could sell our house in a decent amount of time, although they bragged about being the top team on the east side of Cleveland. It took 9 months to sell the property and we felt in the dark the whole time. Beware of their contracts, the dates you are signing are way above the normal length of time (12 months) and they do not let you out of it. They DO NOT communicate and they DO NOT have your best interest at heart. They deceived us several times and were a double agent on the transaction that fell through and they NEVER collected earnest funds. We are still out this money and our house was off the market for over a month. I've never experienced anything like this and I want to save someone else a headache.

Experiencia negativa: Just received a phone call from Vicki from this company..............she has zero customer service skills and has no business calling people with such a condescending and negative tone! If she represents this company I would urge you to stay clear from a company who would hire someone like this to handle their customers! If I could rate a half star I would! So just to be clear there was no problem with verification of income maybe you need to record your customer service calls for your own peace of mind but when I was trying to tell her my income she hung up on me and I tried calling back and she wouldn't take my call. So for a company that has a 3 out of 5 star rating maybe you need to take these complaints more seriously? Good luck with your business and hopefully you can find people that can handle that tough job that Vicki does because a lot of people have tough jobs and they do fine and treat people well.

I emailed one of their agents on a property we had put an offer in on and not only did they NEVER email me back regarding our offer the lady I emailed called me and left a voicemail stating "I am calling regarding a property you are interested on _________ street." NOT the street or house number I put an offer on. Never replied to my email. Not my first unpleasant experience with them but it will be my last.
