Experiencia fantástica: I used Amy LaPierre as my realtor on the recommendation of a friend when my brother passed and I had to settle his estate and sell his house. I live in another state and am handicapped which is, in itself, hard but I was also grieving and dealing with probate and the house wasn't in good shape. Amy went above and beyond to help me with numerous jobs and there was a lot that had to be done on the house I wasn't familiar with the area and she found different people to do work and followed up by going over there several times a week to check on everything. She took videos and photos so I could see how things were progressing and we would discuss how to proceed. I was not having an easy time to do all this and I don't know what I would have done without her. I've dealt with numerous realtors in my lifetime but I can honestly say she really is the best of the best and I was lucky to have her. I live in Los Angeles, CA, so I needed to rely on an agent to take care of everything at the property for me. I found Amy from Google reviews, and I was really impressed by her from day one when we had our first phone conversation. She was knowledgeable, professional, energetic, proactive and most importantly, very approachable. She assured me there was no need for me to fly 3000 miles across the country. She has a lot of experience working with clients remotely from other parts of the country.
